Because I unexpectedly had to pay extra at the hotel for a child surcharge because the child fee was not included in Traveloka's price, it was very inconvenient and unsatisfactory.

New hotel, clean, very enthusiastic staff, location near the sea, very nice room view. Breakfast is plentiful, diverse and delicious. Overall, it's great, nothing to complain about, if I have the opportunity to return to NT, I will continue to book a room at the hotel.

My family had a day off at BWT ❤️ Everything was great, from the hotel space, service and staff, my family was very enthusiastically supported. The hotel is very suitable for families because there is a kid club next to the gym, parents can exercise, children play next to the glass door to monitor their children very conveniently. My family went on the day of the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, a very meaningful activity of BWT.

hotel room ok. cool. spacious. elevator fast and smooth. small rooftop swimming pool, windy, very cold. breakfast nothing to eat. bad food.

Ok location, delicious breakfast! point - when I check in at 2:35 p.m., I still say to wait a little longer because I have to check if the room has been cleaned yet because of the large number of guests!

The hotel mainly serves Chinese guests. The housekeeping staff still hasn't cleaned the room at 3pm. I called and they said it wasn't scheduled yet. The breakfast buffet is only acceptable. Overall, I won't come back here.

Everything is fine. But the beach near the hotel has only 2-3 chairs. Even 1-2 umbrellas. No lifeguards. No one cleans the beach. Lots of trash.
