Very good and nice place with nice staff

Great stay great staff and service really like it. Also the breakfast a lot of options

Our first night was great no issues, however 2nd night there was 2 private parties 1 in the basement and the 2nd on rooftop they were playing really load music till 1am in the morning! Also, the fire alarm went off every 20 minutes or so all night!

The Overall Experience Was Nice But There Is A Scope For Little Improvement.

The property inside was well maintained. Bathrooms were small and outside there is a sewage canal and is surrounded by slums which were not shown in pictures. There was bad smell near the reception area too. The same building in a better area will rexieve 4-5 stars

It was good experience , very good staff and customer service. Amritsar all area is crowded and noisy. So it’s not bad to stay in this hotel . Amazing Roof top bar

Bad smell outside the hotel

Loud party Music and could not sleep, Called reception they said Music will stop at 11 PM, When we called again at 11:15 they said it will stop at 11:30. This is a wedding season and Party in Hotels is common, Ideally Wedding guests should have been given top floor rooms if the party is happening on Terrace ( next to the floor where we got the room) , Could not sleep on day1, Day 2 they did not refill Tea, Milk, Sugar towels etc, They did everything once we informed them, Overall they could have done better, Location is good if you have to travel outside Amritsar ( Pathankot, Gurdaspur etc)

For a short stay, this hotel is okay however be prepared for the bed sheets to not be clean and have marks all over and also the bathroom to be unclean with hair around the sink and shower area. To only shower and sleep for a short trip it is fine but definitely more like a 3 star hotel.

Everything was good in hotel but the area around hotel was stinking because of a drain canal near by!

The property was good and staff was nice. But the view from the rooms is pathetic, the room I got had no view, in from of my window there was a wall so I got no view at all, and I wasn’t provided this information before booking. And when I checked with the hotel staff they just rudely said that you should’ve booked better class room, but while booking no where was this mentioned.

Not enough stars to rate this modern yet quaint hotel, the staff is exceptional, from Manu the general manager to Jayjit our driver, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! It was a good experience with good rooms and hospitality

Good quality hotel, great pool on the roof. Too many electrical switches in the room. Breakfast was average.

The property is in outskirts and the transport is barely available

The stay was awesome. Rooms were spacious, well maintained property, staff was polite, helpful and too humble. Restaurant (Breakfast buffet) manager with a turban (forgot the name) was too nice and helpful. Sumit at the breakfast service showcased excellent service as well. He had a smile throughout. We enjoyed our stay.

IT WAS AMAZING STAY IN THE HOTEL, SUPPORTIVE STAFF, RESTAURANT FOOD TO THE STANDARD, CLEANLINESS AND ON ALL ASPECTS...VERY USEFUL VISIT TO ATTARI BORDER, GOLDEN TEMPLE, JALLLIANWALA BAGH & PARTITION MUSEUM..

Property is good. Room is specious and well maintained. Washroom is also very neat and clean and spic and span. Staff is polite and hospitality is wonderful. Our flight came early, but they gave us early check-in as per our request. Excellent experience.
