The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

The staff is quite attentive especially the night shift staff. The room is clean and tidy. The food service is quite bad.

The price is a bit high for this level of room.

Everything is good, friendly staff except the toilet smells and the soundproofing is not good. Will come back if I have a chance

I booked and paid for this hotel for 2 nights for my wife whilst I underwent surgery at a hospital nearby. On check-in, the room I booked and paid for was not available so the hotel upgraded my wife to a superior room. The requested extra payment for this! When my wife refused they reneged on providing breakfast free of charge as per the booking. This is despicable behaviour and I would void this dishonest establishment. There are plenty of nearby similar facilities without trying to deal with scammers. Do not stay here, they will try and rob you.

The place is awesome, even though it is far from the main district of the city. But the location is more comfortable and convenience for people like me that come from a modern city area. Within 100 m there's Phuc Long, pharmacy, Circle K, bar, massage, and spa facilities. Room design is simplistic, the cleanliness overall is good but there's space for improvement, basic hotel room equipment and service is there. 24/7 customer service. The bed is quite hard. I never tried any hotel meals in the hotel, so I have no comments.
