We stayed for about a week at the hotel. Hotel and staff were great and suited our travel style very well. Great hotel easily accessible via bus and train. Found many good restaurants nearby that had great food that was super affordable.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, helpful, and communicated in English exceptionally well. Everyone we interacted with, including Stephanie and Ken, was welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect—just a seven-minute walk to Tsukijishijo Station, with plenty of dining options only a few minutes away. Ginza’s main shopping area was also conveniently within a 15-minute walk. As expected in Tokyo, the apartment was compact but comfortable. The only downsides were occasional noise throughout the night due to its proximity to Tsukiji Market—especially since our room was on the ground floor—and the washer/dryer combo. The dryer cycle never fully dried our clothes in one shot, even when washing only five garments at a time. We always had to add an extra two-hour drying cycle, and even then, the clothes were still a bit damp and very wrinkled. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the fish market. Walkable to train station, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. They even have a happy hour where they provide free drinks to customers.

Only a one minute walk to Tsukiji market. Very clean and eco friendly amenities. Spacious for four people. Only downside is first floor four person room is on the main floor and workers sometimes work through the night.

We travelled with kids, the bunk bed was the highlight for my kids. It was spacious place. The entrance of the hotel didn’t have a ramp, so we had to lift our stroller up the bump. I wished the toilet and washroom was together to make it easier with the kids. Nevertheless, the area was quiet and nice.

The hotel was just okay. I wouldn't stay there again just because the laundry smelled like mildew. We sterilized the machine 3 times (9 hour cycle) and it still smelled. So I finally asked front desk for bleach. That worked. But I wasn't super thrilled about having to sterilize their machine during our vacation. I had to hand wash our clothes the first two days and hang to dry which was a huge pain. Staff is nice. But they didn't seem too concerned that our laundry machine smelled and we couldn't do our laundry. They also charge for each towel set. Since we couldn't use our laundry machine for a couple days, they should have offered us free towels to use. I paid way too much for what we got (almost $400 per night) and then to have to pay for any additional towels made the stay less pleasant. The location was next to fish market which was nice, but to get anywhere required us taking two trains - one to ginza and then transfer. Next time, I'd rather stay at a smaller room at a hotel that doesn't charge for towels and has working laundry machines.

So close to the fish market and most things within walking distance. We could walk downstairs and within a few minutes we can find fresh onigiri's and A5 wagyu. We had lots of sashimi, A5 wagyu, onigiri's...it was pretty awesome. The property itself was really clean, the staff was super friendly, and we even got to enjoy their HH on Sat night. Our stay was pretty nice the rooms are pretty big compared to other places that we had stayed at in Japan.

The reception team was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help and give us local suggestions for dining and touring. Also, the apartment was spacious and the washing machine/dryer was a great plus!

It was a great services, friendly and speak English very well. The room was clean and has washer/dryer inside the room. Very shortly distance from the market and Ginza. Just too bad that our room was on the first floor and next to elevator so it was noisy.

Within 1 minute walking distance to the famed Tsukiji outer market. First impressions of the location may give second thoughts, however like the rest of Japan I did not worry about safety. The area is older and may feel like the hotel is in an alley, but again it give the location charm and immerses you in the long history of this area. The hotel itself is newly renovated and not something you would necessarily expect in the area but we were pleased with the locale near the outer market and other dining options. Rooms had washing machines inside so made it convenient for doing laundry if you plan on packing light. Staff very friendly and helpful, would stay again

The area is an over priced tourist trap I. The day and dead in the evening. Hotel is nice and the hotel staff are helpful but the location is the only issue. Stay somewhere more exciting to get the Tokyo experience.
