The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, the location is strategic, and the parking is spacious and secure. The only downside is that the room is very small. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not very clean, and the water tap is also very small. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the busway stop, and there's also a laundry service and an Alfamart next door. The rooms are comfortable, making it perfect for a few nights.

The staff is not as friendly as other Coves, and the rooms are dirty, from the pillows and blankets, I know Cove can be a boarding house but the atmosphere at Cove Guntur is really like a boarding house in general.

First red flag was the staff, asked for my ID and just took it and didn’t even say I had to leave it with him, definitely not polite too. The room was damp, pretty sure I got a bed bug from here. I don't expect a 5-star or even a 3-star treatment but for being managed by Cove, this is soo nasty.
