The Goki access system that supplies the door code for the rooms is problematic if you don't have at least 2 smart devices that support the app.
The email that was supposed to be sent to the phone didn't arrive until 4hrs after I gained access via the app. I helped 2 other couples that couldn't work the system or access the app. They were unable to get a response from the "phone if you need help" number and there were no staff at the property.
