I don't want to stay there again, the room doesn't match the deluxe order, the access is horrible

The pictures online are very misleading, the rooms are dirty and moldy. It smells very bad. We had a tour of the hotel and nearly every room was like that. In some rooms, there were even cigarette butts on the floor, used towels, dead bugs, hair on the unwashed bedsheets, and cigarette burns on the towels, meaning it wasn’t cleaned. On top of that, the boss didn’t even greet us when we arrived, and he was not friendly at all. We booked 2 nights but only stayed for one night because we arrived too late to look for something else. Even after showering, I felt dirty. 0/10

easy access, roadside. The downside is there is no elevator, getting to the top floor is quite cramped, climbing the stairs from the side of the building + there is no cover for the stairs, when I stayed overnight it was raining so it was raining.. the staff on duty were friendly and nice👍

Please improve the facilities. Like the provision of gallon water has run out and has not been refilled. Then the public kitchen is not maintained, it is very unfortunate.

The location is OK, the staff are helpful, but the cleanliness of the accommodation and the room facilities are not quite up to par, the facilities provided are not commensurate with the price of the accommodation.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is close to tourist attractions, the mosque is close.

I had a disaster at this hotel. But the hotel, assisted by the staff at the climbing basecamp, helped me, so I can continue my Eid holiday now. Thank you very much for the help and attention from the hotel staff and hotel guests who stayed the night next to my room….

It doesn't match the photo in the application, the room is dirty, there are lots of flies, there are no toiletries available, the bathroom smells, so I didn't check in and looked for another hotel.

There were no towels, no soap, no coffee and tea.

The hotel is okay, only the room we got had a leaking tap, but the hotel guard's response was okay.

Location access is close to point 0 dieng. The room is clean & well maintained, the hot water also works. The view from the room is good. The staff is also friendly. Outdoor stairs need to be improved to be safer, not enough to use ordinary ceramics.

The hotel is okay, the location is on the side of the road, visible from afar, very close to Prau via Patek Banteng. It's just that Dieng is too cold, even in the room there is no need for AC, it's already cold even during the day.

The location of the hotel is quite easy to reach and strategic, just a bit far from food places, the rooms are quite comfortable, the hot water is sometimes off sometimes on, the natural view is quite good from the rooftop, overall it's quite good, thx.

There was a problem with the electricity and it took a long time to handle it, resulting in the TV not being able to be used and the bathroom lights were off, the floor was slippery. Asked for a king bed but was given twins.

The location is quite strategic on the side of the road, close to souvenir shops & there is a parking area. The room is quite clean, there is a hot water dispenser in the living room, there is no elevator so be careful if you bring suitcases & luggage. What is a bit unfortunate is that the facilities & employee service are a bit lacking. The room cannot be requested to be cleaned every day, and in the family room for 3 people, there is only 1 power outlet in a room that big, so if you want to charge your cellphone and others you have to take turns. When I wanted to check in, the receptionist was not on standby in the lobby & I had to look for someone first. This is a bit worrying, because all the ID cards of the villa residents that were kept during their stay were only placed on the table, imagine if there were strangers who took them because there was no receptionist guarding the lobby desk.

A comfortable place can be on the 3rd floor for the outside stairs, you have to be careful when it rains because it is slippery, there is no stair cover or no canopy, the room is comfortable, the hot water dispenser is good, the bathroom has good hot water.
