Overall, above expectations. At first I was worried because the cellphone number listed on Traveloka could not be contacted, I asked Traveloka to update it. After finding the lobby, assisted by the officer who was standing by, you immediately got the key. The rooms are spacious enough for 3 people/family with children, the equipment is quite complete, apartment standard. All the information said there was a scanned barcode, it was contacted by the admin on the second night, and the response was a bit slow, fortunately there were no complaints/urgent matters other than PS WiFi. Satisfied with the facilities.
