We chose to stay here because of its proximity to the Jakarta Convention Center (PRJ). However, upon check-in, we encountered an unpleasant experience, having to wait two hours until 4 PM before we could enter our room. However, when we requested a late check-out until 2 PM the next day, we were not given compensation. The bathroom smelled bad. Directions to the hotel and the parking area were unclear because it was connected to an apartment complex and other commercial business areas such as apartments, shops, etc.

The non smoking room wasn't ready when we were supposed to check in despite having requested the non smoking room since booking and then I was given a twin room despite requesting it to be a double bed. The service at the Receptionist was also terribly slow and unwelcoming. By far the worst stay experience I've ever had in any so called 4 Star Hotel. I strongly urge many others to reconsider if not outright blacklist and ignore even choosing this hotel as an option completely. Terrible from the point of access to the entire service and room. A disgraceful mess of a hotel service and quality.

From the beginning of the search, it was input for 3 adults with the hope for 3 beds, in fact there was only 1 double bed for 2 adults. When confirmed with the hotel directly, according to them the bed was indeed only for 2 people but the breakfast was for 3 people. The hotel explained according to the photo display in the application for the number of beds, while the photo in the application showed many bed views but again argued that it was only 1 with a different angle. It is very unfortunate because this information is not included in the description on the Traveloka application. And when asked for a solution for a free extra bed, it was not possible, only a discount of 200 thousand / night for an extra bed. With a total price of almost 2.5 million for only 2 nights / 3 people with a room that is just enough, it is really unfortunate.

twin bedroom type room. FYI for lift number 1 cannot be used to go to the parking basement. if you want to go to the parking basement. use the middle lift or the lift specifically for apartment residents/cleaning service. pay attention again to the bathroom drain because when I stayed there it was clogged. after opening it turned out that there was a lot of dirt stuck to it, especially hair. the rest is good

1. I checked out at 6, still had to wait to be able to check in, is it useless? The check in time should be at 2, but the room is still not ready. 2. Deposit must be in cash, in my opinion, nowadays for those who are cashless, you are troublesome. 3. All staff are not cooperative, meaning if you really have to stay overnight, ask if you can bring a vehicle or not and you can immediately register. 4. Breakfast food is not delicious.
