We chose to stay here because of its proximity to the Jakarta Convention Center (PRJ). However, upon check-in, we encountered an unpleasant experience, having to wait two hours until 4 PM before we could enter our room. However, when we requested a late check-out until 2 PM the next day, we were not given compensation. The bathroom smelled bad. Directions to the hotel and the parking area were unclear because it was connected to an apartment complex and other commercial business areas such as apartments, shops, etc.

The non smoking room wasn't ready when we were supposed to check in despite having requested the non smoking room since booking and then I was given a twin room despite requesting it to be a double bed. The service at the Receptionist was also terribly slow and unwelcoming. By far the worst stay experience I've ever had in any so called 4 Star Hotel. I strongly urge many others to reconsider if not outright blacklist and ignore even choosing this hotel as an option completely. Terrible from the point of access to the entire service and room. A disgraceful mess of a hotel service and quality.
