Shuttle bus to the airport is charged and is more expensive than Grab.

Shuttle bus is available but diverted to private cars which are not comfortable, besides the fare is more expensive than Grab. The only advantage is that there is a food stall next to the hotel that is open 24 hours.

The room smells of cigarettes. The provided kettle and glass is dusty.

Telat cek in malah didenda. Padahal kita cuma bisa pake kamar itu 6 jam. Karena delayed pesawat. Harus nya kebijakan seperti inj dihapus. Karena terlalu kaku.

Cheaper compared to other hotels and very suitable for family which stay a night for a flight in KLIA.

I got H1 on the 3rd floor, having difficulty with the wifi. The staff immediately responded by trying to repair the modem, but to no avail. And the next morning, we were moved to a better room and satisfactory wifi. The female staff are all friendly and helpful.
