Advantages: + nice location in the city, close to everywhere + spacious room + good price even when booking close to the date (family deluxe - 4 people => ~182k/person/night) + good quality bedding to meet the number of people checking in, firm bed + good price car rental support (130k/car/day) + daytime receptionist is very polite, friendly, and enthusiastic + clean room Disadvantages: - although I sent a request for early check-in and a high-rise room, the hotel did not respond about whether the request was met or not (in which I wrote that I was willing to pay an additional fee) - and of course the request was not met - Room 101 has poor drainage + the toilet smells - the staff on duty at night has an unfriendly attitude + did not offer to help carry luggage - there is no indoor parking space (must park on the sidewalk, lock the neck and put on the lock) - no pool view not hotel =))

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the room is fully equipped with basic amenities such as refrigerator, table and chairs, bed, shampoo and shower gel but no kettle, comb, dryer. hair. Full fire alarm system, elevator. Overall okay.

Value for money, close to city centre, spacious room, got fridge & got 24 hours convenient store just outside lobby.

Good service, good room, reasonable prices, 👍.
