Nice hotel close to everywhere, friendly staff, but unfortunately when we checked in the room wasn't ready, so we were moved to another room.

The hotel is quite nice for the price. Spacious lobby, easy parking, and fairly large rooms for a standard hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. I got it for under 300,000 Rupiah, with excellent amenities.

At first, we were a bit nervous when we saw the ratings on Traveloka, with many negative comments. However, the 250,000 Rupiah per night/room budget suited our budget perfectly, so we ended up booking this hotel. We checked in late at night. The receptionist was very nice. The room was spacious and quite clean. The kids' room was also clean and spacious. However, we forgot a towel, mat, and toothbrush cup in the bathroom. It seems that if you haven't checked out, the room isn't cleaned yet, perhaps due to limited staff. We saw room cleaning services cleaning other rooms, but not ours, perhaps because we hadn't checked out yet. However, the staff were nice, helping us clear out the trash as it had piled up, refilling drinking water, coffee, and tea. There's no in-room telephone, but you can contact the hotel staff via WhatsApp for any hotel needs. The response time was fast and secure. We didn't book breakfast, so we don't know what the food was like. The hotel appears to be undergoing a complete renovation; the third floor is under construction. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Thank God, I got a very cheap price, so for that price, I was very satisfied. The hotel is great!

The swimming pool water is dirty, the lobby toilet is dirty, the room facilities are also dull, the bathroom shower is clogged.

The room pillow can be filled with 4 pcs. The room is brighter and the bathroom is cleaner. There are red ants in the room. There are more trash cans.

maybe they can finish first their construction of the building and could improve the wifi speed. Also, please change the sheet cover , i stayed for 3 days and they didnt change it. But, still good hotel is so strategic

The twin bed is size 120, big so you can sleep comfortably, perfect for family, the pool is big, awesome

The hotel is recommended, only one thing is missing, there is no spoon in the room for brewing coffee/tea.

The room is stuffy and damp, room 1 is on the ground, the wifi is unclear and there is no signal. Please maintain the room because it is stuffy and damp...

This should be a nice hotel, but the maintenance is terrible. The elevator and the surrounding corridors are always dirty. Most of the staff seem untrained. There are no room phones, and the Wi-Fi is super slow.

food is ok, just lacking... the atmosphere is all very satisfying

Maybe because there was pipe repair work being done.. so the bedroom smelled a bit like the toilet.. the toilet was also not cleaned properly. There were spider webs in the room.

The locations are pretty good and room have pool access /1st floor is good choice for your comfort and cleanliness. You may select the room with poll access or in 1st floor. Bedsheet somehow found many dust, maybe the cleaning staff forgot to change the bed sheet after the room was idle in long periods. Please help increase the cleanliness because the building process are not yet done. For room in 3rd floor still many dusts & for future staff must clean everyday.
