Arrived at 2:00 PM and waited an hour before being able to check in, with the excuse that the room wasn't ready. I brought my parents, who had just been discharged from the hospital, so they could rest and enjoy the view. I deliberately chose a suite so my parents could relax, have a sofa, and enjoy the view, but again, it failed. Room 510 had a window facing a wall. I asked to be moved, but there was no solution. Santika was a disappointment this time. What I imagined and what I actually experienced were 180% different. Never accept a room on the 5th floor.

In general, Hotel Santika Lampung is quite good, but when compared to other Santika Premier hotels such as those in Medan, Surabaya, and Lombok, the rooms and food are still not as good.

Everything was impressive; almost all the staff greeted us when we passed them. The rooms and hotel area were clean. However, the breakfast menu lacked innovation and variety. And there was no welcome drink for waiting guests.

First, it's not soundproof; noises from outside are clearly audible. Second, I'm uncomfortable because I can hear the sound of running or dripping water coming from above me all night until morning. It sounds like it's coming from the room directly above me, or from another room directly above me. It's very disturbing when trying to sleep.

The soundproofing in the room was extremely poor. I could hear the angry voices from the room next door and the loud music playing. It was truly a shame. The room was very comfortable, but the lack of soundproofing made it uncomfortable and very distracting.
