New hotel, good vibes, will be back again.

I was very satisfied with my stay at The Alana Hotel Malang. This hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, modern amenities, and friendly service. The room was very clean, spacious, and neatly arranged. The interior was elegant with a modern minimalist feel, and the in-room amenities were complete – from a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a work desk, to a comfortable bathroom with a steady, hot shower. The bed was also very soft, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the Malang city center, culinary scene, and tourist attractions. It's perfect for both business and family vacations. The most impressive aspect was the service. The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was varied, from traditional to international, all served with delicious and fresh flavors. The swimming pool was clean and comfortable, and there was a well-equipped gym. The lobby area was also aesthetically pleasing and perfect for relaxing or doing some work. Overall, The Alana Hotel Malang truly provided a pleasant stay and is highly recommended. I will definitely come back again if I visit Malang.

All is ok, only the parking is difficult, it's too small, if you use Valet you have to wait a long time for your vehicle and there's not enough privacy.

The room isn't soundproof. You can hear people taking a shower or talking in the room next door, especially if the faucet is turned on too hard. The check-in lobby is also an open area, so there are a lot of people smoking, which is very disturbing for us non-smokers.

Good facilities, friendly service, close to everywhere, quite a lot of breakfast variety, only the parking area is minimal, but with the help of valet parking, it's no problem

Everything is so sophisticated, including alarms, music playback, and even calling receptionists using a tablet. It's so cool.

Overall the hotel is OK, but the sanitary ware in the bathroom is that the toilet floor has no drain hole. I've asked for a room change, but the receptionist said all rooms are like that.

Friendly staff, luxurious hotel, good service, clean, nice, and fragrant bathrooms. Next time I go to Malang, I'll stay here again.

Good service, delicious food, friendly service.

Because when we arrived in Malang, it coincided with the POR event, so the rooms were fully booked, so we couldn't check in early. So we left our suitcases and belongings at the reception. We also had breakfast at the hotel.
