Average hotel.

Overall great and friendly staff. Good food with several restaurants and coffee shops to choose from.

The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!

Decent hotel at reasonable price however public transportation is limited and theres nothing around within walking distance. Greatest disappointment was lack of business center for the size of this hotel.

Great business hotel in Pangyo!

Very clean, comfortable and good facilities. Breakfast is buffet with choice of many international cuisine. Bars and food on site are expensive.

New hotel but isolate location.

We cannot elevator because of limited elevators. Additionally, the parking area is tiny.

Shower booth drainage issue; the shower booth drainage failed, causing the floor to get wet. I complained, but it was too late to change the room since it happened in the morning on the day of check-out. I would recommend that as soon as you check-in, check if the drainage is actually working . I can’t believe I paid almost $300 for that room.

I would like to stay here again. Room was wonderful and get free upgrade. But bit far from restaurant outside and can't take a taxi easily around rush hours.

최악이었음. 수영장에 성인과 어린이가 한 데 뒤섞여 이용하는데 수영을 할 수 없는 지경임. 좁은 수영장에 최소 어른과 아이를 분리해놓는 레인이라도 있었으면 하는 큰 아쉬움이 남음. 가족단위로 투숙하지 않는 일반 투숙객에 대한 배려가 전혀 되어 있다고 볼 수 있음. 호캉스를 기대한다면 여기는 비추임. 조식 포함으로 구매했는데, 조식 입장 체크할 때 비용 지불이 안 되었다고 해서 굉장히 당황함. 조식 포함으로 구매했다고 누차 말씀드렸는데 담당 부서와 통화하더니 계속 지불이 안 되었다 하심. 구매 세부 내역에 조식 포함이라고 적혀있는 것까지 보여드렸는데 그냥 내역 사진 찍고 “일단” 착석해주심 된다고 하고 조식 식당으로 들여보내줌. 내 돈 내고 먹는 건데 마치 돈 안 내고 우겨서 일단 들여보내준다는 기분이 들어서 매우 불쾌함. 오픈되지 않은 시설도 많아서 준비가 아직 덜 됐다는 느낌이 강하게 듦.
