Easy check in, great view, clean room.

the place is dirty and there are lots of red ants so it is not comfortable to sleep in..but the kitchen and bathroom are quite satisfactory.

So the worst experience while staying here, when I entered the toilet, the sink was full of holes and the pieces were behind the toilet, the room was dirty, the pillows were shabby and the blankets smelled.. the walls were full of spider webs.. no recommendation

Staying here is very comfortable and the place is also clean. Wifi is available, TV works. Perfect for a staycation. The only drawback is that there is a stove but it has not been installed with gas, so for those of us who like to cook on the spot, we have to buy snacks outside. Overall well done.

Dgn harga dibawah 200 RB an / malam itu sangat lah sepadan ,,, hanya himbauan bagi yg suka kebersihan wajib bawa sprei + sarung bantal + selimut SENDIRI dan banyak TISSUE n hand sanitizer dan gelas kaca tuk ngopi Krn hanya sedikit gelas yg disediakan (gelas plastik) - piring dan alat masak (panci + gas) SDH tersedia. Air panas (shower) + AC berjalan dgn baik.

Fast deposit returned H+3, the place is highly recommended.

Last February 26th I stayed there so far I really like it, from the beginning the service was very responsive and friendly. I made many requests and was welcomed by the staff, got the 30th floor and the view was nice, the room was okay and very cold, the gym and swimming pool facilities were also good, the deposit refund was also very fast. The downside is that the sheets were a bit dirty, the bathroom and the jet shower were broken but still usable. Anyway, it's not disappointing, and I want to go back there again ❤ sorry for being fussy with lots of requests 😅

Poor service, no wifi, cooking utensils cannot be used, electricity often goes out, slow response, slow deposit return,,,so far the location is good and the price is affordable but the facilities inside are lacking, it's a shame, because it's right next to the road so it's very noisy

booked a queen bed but got a double bed, no wifi no netflix, in essence it's not worth it, plus you're asked to pay a deposit of 200? even though the deposit is useless, the place is already broken, there's no sink, the bathroom has a leaking spray, no soap, shampoo and towels, in essence it's not worth it

The agent and the entire team are not friendly.

Overall it's good, just minus the water, wifi and TV is just for decoration

Dirty bed sheets, many mosquitoes when I first arrived. Finally cleaned up after asking the staff for help

The bed is small even though I requested a queen bed, there is no wifi or other entertainment like Netflix.

I was able to book the apartment after 10 PM, but I couldn’t check in. Why does the system allow bookings after 10 if check-in isn’t possible? It was clearly stated that check-ins past 10 PM would only incur a small fee of 30,000, but when I arrived, I couldn’t get in. I also couldn’t get a refund, which feels unfair. Very disappointed with the misleading information and lack of flexibility.

Scam deposit money not returned. Do not rent this apartment.
