Check-in was very fast, and the location is also strategic. It's only 5 minutes to Alor Street. There's a RM300 deposit.

amazing experience, my family love this place. complete facilities, bathtub, hot water, good internet connection, specatucular view from rooftop swimming pool, all good. check in check out time a bit complicated but not a major downside.

Grab point in zone A. Very nice room, security was very helpful in showing the way to the check-in counter, the check-in officer was friendly and explained in detail.

I stayed for 10 days and used 3 rooms. Overall, it was okay and comfortable, but there are a few things that need improvement. Pluses: - Good location, quite close to Bukit Bintang, although a bit tiring due to the hilly road. The plus is that it's not in a crowded area, so it's easy to hail a Grab. - Very spacious and well-equipped apartment at a very affordable price. - Quite private, not many tourists stay here yet. Cons: - When I first arrived, I was very confused because check-in wasn't indicated at B1 with another elevator access, and I had to find the office first. There were no directions or prior information. The security guard on standby just stood there, watching the confused guests with their many suitcases. During our stay, we saw other guests confused every day, so we often helped them with check-in instructions. - Poor cleanliness; the floor was dirty, dusty, and full of cobwebs. There was a broom, but it still wasn't very clean. The bathroom could also be improved. - Appliances are actually complete; There's a stove, washing machine, large refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, hairdryer, etc. But there are no pots or cooking utensils. There's a washing machine, but no detergent is provided. The dishwashing sponge is very dirty; it would be better and more hygienic to have a new one. There's no full-body mirror. The only mirror is above the bathroom counter. - It would be nice to have a larger water dispenser. - I've used three units, and two of them had a problem with the sink drain being a bit clogged. Fortunately, it didn't smell, but it was annoying because the dirty water would stagnate for a long time. So far, despite the shortcomings I mentioned above, this apartment is quite comfortable and meets my needs. Highly recommended. But personally, I wouldn't return because the cleanliness issue and the lack of a full-body mirror are quite annoying.

The hotel's location is quite close to Bukit Bintang. However, it's still not perfectly clean. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

The swimming pool on the 52nd floor can't be used... even though I want to take photos from above 🥲

The location and apartment are excellent. The facilities are excellent. The service is friendly.

Absolutely love the place. It's spacious and clean. It's well worth the price.

+great view (both from the room and the rooftop) +at first glance the rooms and building feels luxurious and premium +perfect location (close to city centre, 12 min walk to KLCC, 5 min walk to bukit bintang area) + pool, gym + price (the room is pretty cheap for what you get) - cleanliness (moldy spot in the bathroom, hair, carpet not cleaned) -check in/out process (It is not super intuitive and simple. You have to pay a deposit and you check in from the basement not the main lobby. Plus there are a lot of rules) -the rooftop pool was closed for renovation (this was NOT mentioned anywhere and as this was the main selling point we felt a bit scammed) This is not a hotel room or an fully furnished Airbnb, so the kitchen is bare and you don't get room service, new towels and toilet paper. This is not detrimental as it is clear from the posting.

Excellent facilities: two swimming pools (levels 12 & 52), gym, sauna/steam, and BBQ areas

It's really complicated to check in and check out. Plus, the swimming pool is under repair. It's tiring, I won't want to stay here again. The staff is unfriendly. The room isn't clean. Ahh, I'm annoyed.

The apartment is very nice, and clean and the security is very good, the location is close to the shopping area, the hotel facilities are all good and still new, the swimming pool is good, only check in must go to the car parking area

we'll give 3 out of 5. since there are so many rules given so we have many limitation. the first room we stayed was horrible,, the Electricity keep on turning down, and the door's key are terrible. my son almost got stuck in the bathroom. but after we reported it, they gave us a new room, which is much better,, and it has a great scenery (KL tower). next thing i like is they returned our deposit money all. so we don't get extra charger. its near from Jalan Alor, Pavilion mall, Fahrenheit,, you can just walk to get there

Everything was great. The room is spacious, clean, comfy, with great facilities. The staff is friendly as well.

It's really great, the cheapest price with cool five-star facilities, I hope it goes smoothly.

I already stay at many residence and many 5 star hotel.. But only this residence I hv so bad experience, their took rm300 for deposit and upon my check out they said their fan remote missing and their cut from my deposit rm150..! Ridiculous! One remote fan for rm150??? Can't brain!! Stupid rules!! Lies action to customer!!
