The hotel staff is friendly, especially the security.

The downside is that we checked in two days earlier. We weren't given drinking water. At least there should be a gallon of water in the room. We were only given two bottles, but we ended up getting four bottles because we checked in two days earlier.

If we admit that the room is very luxurious for a relatively cheap price, it's just that access there is quite far from the center of Bukit Bintang and there is no mini market around there, at least one Sevel is not there.

This place is nice. However, there are strict rules: if there's a stain on the bedcover at check-out, you pay RM80, and if there's a stain on the bedsheet, you pay RM130. Deposit RM300, tax RM30. Early check-in RM50/hour Late check-out RM50/hour. So far, the place is nice; my room had a view of KL Tower. Parking isn't available if you want to rent a car.

I have no regrets staying here. The location is strategic, just a short walk to Bukit Alor, Bukit Bintang, KL Tower, and KLCC. It's also close to the bar scene, similar to Canggu in Bali. It's just a shame I didn't get to try the swimming pool.

The facilities provided are not complete... for example, there is a washing machine but detergent is not provided... the bathroom is spacious and nice, but there is no toothpaste or toothbrush.

The room is as pictured, the apartment has super complete facilities. The location is strategic for accessing famous spots in Bukit Bintang.

Me & my husband stay here for 3 days. The staffs is very helpful and the room was clean its feel comfy. Everything was okay till after i check out and moving my luggage outside the apartment lift area (not inside lobby we know the rule) and waiting my grab driver to arrive outside, the security keep tailing us like we doing suspicious thing and i dont like the feeling being watching that much. Being cautious is important but we are the guest, please don't treat us like a criminal.

The staff and host were friendly, the room was clean, and we were helped with a late check-in step by step. The service was good, but you need to prepare a RM300 deposit if you want to stay here. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Very good & will come back. Only thing is the AC in the room is not very cold & the deposit is too high. There is a stove but no frying pan. But it's okay, I love it!

I left my jacket in the closet. I checked out at 10:00 am and at 2:00 pm I just realized that my jacket was left in the closet. I reported it and that night I went to the receptionist and they said tomorrow morning because the housekeeping had left. I didn't mind, but the next morning when I was going to get my jacket, I waited a long time, almost an hour, you could say, and inside the jacket there was a fuel refill receipt. I think the employee wanted to take that item. I was not satisfied because when they checked all the rooms after checking out, they should have reported if there was anything left behind. I hope this incident doesn't happen to friends. So far the hotel is good, it's just a bit of a walk down to get a place to eat, tq

Front desk staff were friendly, the room was very spacious with a TV, spacious walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with a bathtub completed with a powder room, kitchen amenities, cutleries, washing machine, living room with a TV, and a dining table. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Overall, it was a pleasant stay 👍🏽
