The unique thing is that the toilet and shower are in separate rooms, so it doesn't get wet 🥰 The downside is that the hotel description says it's non-smoking. The email stated that smoking would be fined 500,000 Rupiah. But at night, when I arrived at 2 a.m., the room smelled of cigarettes, whether from next door or somewhere else. It was quite suffocating, as the smell was quite strong and disturbed my sleep. As a result, I couldn't sleep until 5 a.m. 🫩 The front desk isn't staffed 24 hours a day, but I couldn't complain about this. The sheets were dirty. They were changed, but they were still yellow. The towels and pillowcases were also dirty. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, thanks to Mr. Yadi for his fast response service, the hotel is comfortable, the rooms are large and strategically located in the center of Pasar Baru city.

A good stay but if you bring your own car, sadly the parking area only has 3 slot. Better use public transportation — overall a good stay

The first time I came here was like a gamble because some reviews had bad experiences, especially during the check-in process. Luckily, even though I arrived late, I tried to follow their rules, max 10 o'clock. I arrived at 9 o'clock, and check-in was safe. The staff was helpful when I brought my suitcase and wanted to throw away the trash. The room was super spacious, just like the picture. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room during our stay, we had to clean it ourselves, and I was a bit confused about where to throw the trash. The positive thing was that our privacy was maintained because the staff didn't come in and out of our room. The check-in, extension, and check-out process were super easy. Everything was online too. There was no deposit system, hehe. The location is good, near Pasar Baru, so I didn't have to worry about food. Public transportation was a bit difficult, I had to go inside if I wanted to use the train. There were public transportations on the side of the road, but I was scared hehe. So, I used Grab/GoCar a lot. I will come back if I have the chance to go to Jakarta again, thank you very much Cove and the staff

For staying very good and the location is also great. But the parking problem is very uncomfortable because the vehicle parking facilities in this case cars are only available for those who board there while for guests who stay are not allowed by the security there so our vehicles can only park on the street in front of the inn. It doesn't really matter, but if we go out a bit late in the day we are afraid that the car parked on the street will be locked by the transportation agency or will be towed so that it is very detrimental to us. The room is very spacious, spacious-soundproof. But unfortunately, when we arrived the toilet and bathroom smelled of urine, no tissue and soap were provided, the room still smelled of cigarettes, the bedsheet, pillowcase and bed cover were very dirty, there were lots of chocolate marks on the bedsheet, the mattress was still soft, the pillows were already bad and flat and small overall cleanliness of the bed: 2 out of 10, very dirty. The bath towels were also very dirty brown, rivaling the doormat. I see a lot of potential of Cove, but this is the second time I have stayed at Cove (1 in Seminyak) it has never been satisfying, not as advertised, wherever the problem is always cleanliness. If you read the reviews, please improve it, try to see the quality of the bedsheet, towels, etc.

The room is very spacious, large twin bed size, separate clean toilet, good hot water shower, TV channel, AC and lighting are very good, strategic location of the city, but there is no mat. Cleanliness is lacking including towels, sheets and bed covers look dirty there are stains. So far for a stopover Ok lah.

My plane has just landed at 2:00 AM, and no one was at the reception. There was only a notice left stating that they would not process guests who arrived after 10:00 PM. Such a courtesy!!!
