It's comfortable, the room is very clean, the only downside is that when I stayed there yesterday, the F&B service wasn't working, so I had to look for food outside, but the breakfast menu was still available and quite good, I want to come here again next time, thanks

The staff is friendly, and the place is super cozy. The evening atmosphere is serene, not scary at all. And yes, don't be afraid to bring small children because it's kid-friendly. The kids woke up and immediately jumped into the hot tub. What a joy.

I like the concept of Bocab which has a hot tub, it's really worth it, even though Tavia isn't at the top, it's quite cool and the most unique thing about Bocab is the glass that blurs on and off, so it feels like camping in the open air but with a hotel-style mattress, maybe I'll come back with my family or to another Bocab location, the kids will definitely like it

The location is not far from Gadok so you don't need to climb up. In the middle of a pine forest and next to the Ciliwung River. The food is quite good if you don't feel like going out. But the bathtub is actually quite big, the hot water is also flowing smoothly, so it's really refreshing😍😍

The staff is friendly, but the basic first aid kit is missing, and there are no slippers.
The room I booked with breakfast arrived COLD, not even warm. I tried ordering fries, but they were also extremely cold.
The air was already cold, and the breakfast was cold.
The food really needs improvement. While it's not like an all-you-can-eat hotel, at least it's the best. Guests can only choose one type of food.

Overall good,
You won't regret staying here, the staff are friendly and polite, aware of customers.
The place is beautiful, fresh, comfortable to relieve fatigue.
Easy access here, safe for parking cars and motorbikes.
It's best to stay here for 3 days 2 nights to feel satisfied 😃, if only for a day it's not satisfying haha.
