The location is very strategic and the service is quite good

The location is very close to several major hospitals in Penang and the surrounding environment is very beautiful. The facilities provided are very complete, washing machine, cooking utensils, rice, refrigerator, etc. It is very unfortunate that the guesthouse does not pay attention to the cleanliness of the room so that there are many cockroaches in the room, I found more than 3 mother cockroaches and their children. Had time to contact the guesthouse but the response was not fast enough regarding the handling of cockroaches. The bathroom smells bad too. Hopefully it can be better in the future 👍 Quite recommended for those who want to stay long and go back and forth to the hospital.

Comfortable like home, close to Island Hospital.

I had a one-night stay at this place for the purpose of attending a friend's wedding. Price was about RM60 per night. It was a very small partitioned room upstairs with one single bed, a simple clothes rack and a rubbish bin (the whole place has 10 rooms). Not so recommended for light sleepers as the floorboard creaks every time someone tries to go to the bathroom or walk around. However, if you don't care about noise and just want a place to crash for the night, this place works. Free cold/hot water refills and light snacks available downstairs. No-smoking abode. The maids staying there were very friendly and helpful. Only 2 parking slots available outside the house, first-come-first-served. Pretty close to city center.

This hostel is designed like an apartment complete with equipment, cooking, laundry, ironing, you can cook for yourself like at home and it is close to the hospital.

A comfortable, clean house with complete facilities according to our needs, makes us feel at home here, highly recommended 👍

Very recommended, especially for those who would like to get medical treatment in Island Hospital. But make sure which locations your assigned room is because MyRoom has several locations. Highly recommended for friends who want to get medical treatment at Penang Island Hospital. There is a clean kitchen for cooking. But make sure the location of MyRoom is prepared for you. Because MyRoom has several places in different locations. It's not that far, but if you use Grab, you can get the wrong delivery point. But this is really highly recommended. Thank you MyRoom.

Perfect place for those who want to have a medical checkup in Gleneagles hospital. The bathroom has handler for elders, very thoughtful. The owner and staff are kind, but note that the owner has 3 or more houses so if you're lucky you can get house number 40, it's the best.

It turns out this is a boarding house, when I booked it I thought it was like a guest house but so far it's clean. There's only one thing missing, the CCTV was noisy for several hours until midnight, finally I complained to the owner and the staff came. The room wasn't cleaned for 3 hours.
