With a price under 120 thousand, in my opinion this is quite worth the price. I don't know what previous visitors expected from a 120k hotel so they gave bad reviews. Cold AC, clean water. The bed sheets are okay so so, the blanket is also okay. Complete toiletries. Minus: Not given drinking water.
