The location is close to everywhere, and the atmosphere is quiet.

Dirty bathroom, dirty bedroom, no AC remote, no water in the morning, smelly room. Forced to check out early and only stayed for one night even though I had booked and paid for 2 nights.

hot water is off, closet flusher is off, room is dusty......

The room was not prepared or cleaned when I wanted to check in, regretted having booked.

The room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the water is small, there are lots of mosquitoes, the AC is on but not cold at all, it is not recommended to stay, and it is not worth it for the price.

I booked 3 rooms, 2 of them had no water. When the staff came, they just said yes, they were fixing it, but it turned out they were just sitting in their room, not knowing what to do. We had to knock on the room before they could move even though it was already 10 pm. I will never book a hotel here again.

At that time I ordered 9 rooms, when they arrived the rooms were not ready....some of the water was off, some of the drains were clogged, but thank God around 18:00 the problem was resolved. The location is very strategic, unfortunately it is not supported by the readiness of the staff and the condition of the room ceiling. Of the 9 rooms I ordered, 3 got new rooms and 6 old rooms, the condition of the old rooms is what makes it a bit less than satisfactory. For the service of the staff in handling our complaints, they were quite alert and fast...this is what made us a bit relieved. I would like to thank the staff who have served us well.

In the deluxe double room, the mattress and pillows were dusty, the towels were dirty, the ceiling had leak marks, the bathroom was dirty, the water drain took a long time to drain, the AC was cold, all according to the price.

The waiting time to check in was long, apparently the room was only cleaned when we checked in. Entering the room the floor was still wet from being mopped. The bathroom is super dirty and smelly.

The staff here are very friendly and polite, and very helpful. The room is clean, there is Netflix. The location is close to the food court and many food and beverage sellers.
