Actually the location is strategic near Hanoi Station, but because there is road work, so access to the hotel is closed. So can't stop near the hotel. Detour looking for a way. Overall the hotel is quite comfortable. FO staff understand English so it is quite helpful.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms, worth the money. But the hotel is situated approximately 50 m away from the main street, and in a small alley where cars cannot pass by.

Vị trí sát ngay ga Hà Nội, rất thuận tiện cho bọn mình đi chuyến sớm nhất. Khách sạn mới, theo phong cách boutique đáng yêu. Quán cafe tầng thượng cảm giác như trang trí theo hình ảnh cầu Long Biên. Phòng cơ bản, không quá nhỏ, vì tụi mìn ra ngoài suốt. Các bạn cân nhắc nhé

Thực sự rất hài lòng về cách các bạn take care khách hàng. Mình đã có một chuyến đi vô cùng hài lòng. Phòng ốc đẹp, sạch sẽ. Các bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình, lễ phép. Highly rcmd mọi người ghé qua quán cafe trên tầng 9 vì nước uống rất ngon và view thì siêu đẹp. Nhất định sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp

Khách sạn rất đẹp, tuy đang sửa đường nhưng vị trí rất tốt. Sạch sẽ mà nhân viên còn rất thân thiện luôn ý. Tuy nhiên phân cách âm mong khách sạn sẽ cải thiện hơn ạ. Mình ở trong phòng mà nghe rõ bên ngoài đi lên xuống cầu thang ấy 🥲

Construction site – sorry about that, too. At the moment, they are building the Metro, and although not very near our hotel, we understand how it might be unpleasant. However, the project will soon be completed and we hope that will actually bring the value of our hotel up, given its proximity. We are expecting you to provide us another chance to welcome you back in the near future please.

Ở thích phết, vẫn đi xe máy vô được trước đọc comment là không vô được phải gửi xe ờ ga Hà Nội nhưng không vẫn đi vô được nhà. Lần này còn được up phòng free nx, dịch vụ 10 điểm, phòng 9.5 điểm ( do mình thích màu phòng vsinh khác hêhhe) chứ không cx 10 nốt. Rcm rất nên ở nha ♥️

This is my second review of the premises. I like the hotel. It 's small but clean and neat. The room and interior design is very nice. I like the rooftop coffee shop too. The staff is very helpful (although some of them don't speak very much English). My only complaint is that the street access to the hotel is currently blocked by a construction work. We had to go around to get to the hotel and taxis can't get to the hotel. I guess that will be temporary.

The reception we received were magnificent and the staffs were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. For what we paid, we did not expect such spacious and private spaces in the middle of Ha Noi. It was well worth the trip alone.

I like the interior design of the hotel. Very nice and comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and nice. The only complaint I have was that the access to the hotel was closed because of some construction work; It could only be accessed on foot or by motorcycle taxi. It's a small inconvenience for now.

The room was so spacious. Easy to access from Hanoi Train Station. Also you can find a lot of food store near the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. I know that there were still construction on the road, but its okay you can walk from the main street to the hotel.
