I stayed at Amina Lantana Hoi An Hotel & Spa from August 7, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Overall, the service was friendly but the room had some points that were not as expected. The air conditioner in the room was too old, not cooling effectively so I had to borrow an extra fan. The double bed was large but made from two small mattresses, when lying down my child fell into the gap in the middle so it was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom also did not have personal items such as cotton swabs, toothbrushes, hair covers... Hopefully the hotel can improve the facilities to bring a better experience to guests in the future.
