Friendly staff, ok service.

The room is very nice and clean, the staff is very enthusiastic and always greets guests with a smile.

The awaken staff here are truly professional. I have been to many places but I have just found the attitude and behavior of awaken staff to be truly professional and excellent. 100/10 points. I hope the awaken team will continue to develop further!! Will come back here soon.

Awaken is located right next to the sea, walking to the front is the sea, behind are convenient restaurants. The room is clean and fully equipped. The staff is super enthusiastic, cute, and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a few options for me, but there is Hue beef noodle soup that you must try, it's delicious ^^ When I return to DN, I will come back to Awaken ^^

Why is the view so great? The hotel is convenient to travel, right next to the sea. The reception staff is still enthusiastic in supporting, thank you very much when customers have a lot of luggage, they help carry it. My room is a Premier Double Partial Sea view with balcony, the view is great, luxurious and also very warm. Delicious breakfast, beautiful spacious swimming pool, gym with basic equipment. Next time I come to Da Nang, I will still choose Awaken

This room has a nice view, the receptionist helped me check in early.

The day I went there was a storm so the room view was a bit bad, and there was also an empty lot so it was a bit ugly. I was on the 7th floor, if I was on a higher floor the view would probably be better.

New hotel, nice room, enthusiastic staff. But the first time having to deposit money per day of stay so it was a bit awkward.

It was great ❤️ If there was no storm, the trip would have been perfect with my family. I stayed in a Two Bedrooms room on the 21st floor, the view from above was super beautiful.

There are many better choices here, choose another hotel
