This was our 2nd time at this property. The first time was better. Bathroom towels look kind of 'old' and grayish. Don't know if the beddings are changed when new guests arrive.

Very attentive Staff, courteous and helpful. The room we stayed is worth it, with 2 double beds, very spacious, Strong AC and Strong WIFI. Foods from the restaurant is very good as well. They have free E-trike service just give tip as a courtesy if you’d like. We will definitely come back here for sure. -Nina Garcia&family (California)

We stayed 8 nights at Blu Hotel, experiencing both excellent and disappointing service. While Blu aspires to be the premier hotel in Tabaco City, some aspects fell short of expectations. I requested a quiet room but was assigned Room 203, located under the kitchen and next to the staircase, which was far from peaceful due to constant noise. During a party, loud music persisted past the scheduled time, and despite repeated calls, the staff could not assist. Manager (Electa), who seemed disinterested and not service-minded, offered little resolution. The following day we moved to a new room & was quieter, and the housekeeping and reception staff, particularly Queen, Nicole, Rikki, Kim, and Christine, were consistently helpful and friendly. However, housekeeping disappointed when my ironed clothes were returned crumpled with an unjustifiable fee of 550. The restaurant, served exceptional food, though pasta portions were small, and service was inconsistent. We ordered Christmas pa kahe, dishes were served in an odd order with long delays. Room service was also slow, with a 90-minute wait for coffee and beer. Despite these issues, staff members like Lloyd, Ernest, and Reggie stood out for their dedication. The hotel showed potential with comfortable rooms, a small but relaxing pool, and efforts to improve. On our final night, they proactively moved us to a spacious suite, ensuring a restful stay. While imperfections remain, the staff’s efforts give hope for improvement.
