Apartment needs renovation and cleaning

Actually the place is nice but for those who are trying to stay here for the first time, they will definitely be confused. The service from the inn is not that friendly and you can't meet the person at all, after ordering and arriving at vivacity megamall, contact the hotel via whatsapp and wait for about 10 minutes to get the apartment details. The apartment has just been mopped so when we entered the floor was still wet, towels are provided but it's better to bring your own equipment

We arrived early and wanted to leave our suitcases but couldn't. We wanted to leave but couldn't. We had to wait until exactly 3 o'clock to put our suitcases down and leave. We were really tired.
