Our stay was unfortunately affected by a serious incident when my son became trapped inside the bathroom due to a door lock malfunction. It took almost three hours and the door eventually had to be broken open to release him. While the incident itself was concerning and should not have happened, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of the hotel staff and management. The staff worked hard to resolve the situation, and the Operations Manager personally met with us the following morning to apologize and address our concerns. I hope the hotel reviews its maintenance and emergency response procedures to prevent a similar incident from happening to future guests. Overall, although the experience was stressful, I appreciate the professional manner in which the management handled our feedback afterwards.

The hotel is new, nice, and clean. It's very spacious and close to the souvenir shopping center.

The staffs were extra friendly and pleasing to interact.

Everything is good and the BACC is just 100 meters and nearby Bangi Wonderland.
