No fruit at breakfast

friendly staff, clean, only the room has no window/ventilation. Not claustrophobic friendly :)

Stayed for two nights. On the second day, asked for help to clean the room, but it was not cleaned. As a result, the towels were still wet, there were no new toiletries, mineral water had to be asked first to the receptionist, and annoyingly, there was no TV broadcast on the second night.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel atmosphere is calm and clean.

Strategic location, near mosque and Padang restaurant. Limited car parking. Limited breakfast menu, no coffee or tea and water heater in the room.

Friendly staff, location a bit far from the harbor

The hotel is in a strategic location, the rooms are quite clean, you just need to pay attention to small insects, overall it is good.

Clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel location is quite strategic (near the mosque and there is Padang rice in front of the hotel). The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel lobby & room are clean, comfortable and the AC is cold. Only got towels, soap, mini toothpaste and toothbrush. No shampoo. Breakfast is delicious, but it would be great if it had more variety, for example with additional fruit or omelettes. I stayed here for 2 nights but the hotel slippers were not refilled. For those who can't sleep if there is noise, I suggest taking a room on the 2nd floor. The room on the 1st floor is quite noisy, but I don't have a problem with this noise 😂🤣. Overall, this hotel is quite recommended to stay here. Rate for this hotel 8.2. Worth it. Hopefully the next time I visit here again, the hotel will be much better 😉.

For cleanliness, it's okay, airport delivery is also available, quite recommended.

Add breakfast and snacks

The breakfasts were regularly cold. It was better not to arrive too late, due to lack of restocking. The person in charge of the reception of this breakfast was more concerned with her smartphone than with her customers, in 4 days, not a single greeting, something extremely rare in Indonesia. Apart from this problem of organization of the breakfast which can only improve and despite the absence of windows in most of the rooms, the hotel is rather comfortable. The reception and floor staff have always been courteous, helpful and available
