The location is the best, 5 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang, in front of the hotel there is a 24-hour halal mamak stall, the nasi kandar is 5 stars but cheap, there is a minimart, durian stall, juice, etc. The location is perfect. The downside is that the elevator is crowded during peak hours, so you have to be patient, the door lock does not have a double lock, so those who have more worries should be more alert because the key number can be opened by anyone who knows the key code, but not just anyone can go up because the elevator requires card access. Overall satisfied, and definitely stay here again if you go to Malaysia, especially Bukit Bintang, it seems there is nothing better than this place for now (except sleeping lion which is in the same area)

Superb! Great location... Walking distance to Alor Street and Pavilion. You can easily find food and everything near the apt. The room is great, clean, and they also serve with kitchen utensils. Thank you Axon

My family and I stayed for 4 days at the Axon Bukit Bintang during our vacation in Kuala Lumpur. The location is very strategic, close to everything, just walking distance. It's easy to find a place to eat because there are many food stalls around Axon. The check-in and Outlook check-out service is also fast and hassle-free. It was a very pleasant stay here. If I go to KL again, I will stay here again and I will also recommend it to my friends who are going to KL to stay at the Axon Bukit Bintang.

This apartment is close to Pavilion and Fahrenheit. If you choose SMOVF BnB, don't forget to WhatsApp the office to get directions. It's on the left side of the apartment building. It's not far, but you might need to communicate via WhatsApp first. In front of the apartment is a supermarket, and there are plenty of food stalls nearby. There's also a Sevel. It's also close to the TRX exchange, just a short walk away. The room amenities are as described. There's soap in the bathroom and towels are also provided. A suggestion for management is to have an attendant accompany customers until the door is opened, so guests don't feel confused about how to open the door, especially if the door has a different access. There's a swimming pool and a treadmill on the 37th floor. If you want to relax and view the city from above, you can go to the 37th floor. Mineral water isn't provided. It's recommended to buy some at the supermarket downstairs before entering your room to ensure you have a safe supply in your room.

lots of small cockroaches, not clean, lots of dust

Check-in process is very easy since the management building is very near. And you can drop your bag there, much more secure than the apartment. Location is very strategic. Good views, clean room, everything's like the photos provided. The cons is, there is no drinking water provided and the deposit of RM400 is quite high.

forgot to take a photo, just made a video that has been posted on social media. will come back here if I go to KL. 3 minutes walk to starhill, 5 minutes to pavilion. around there are many food stalls. the room is really the best. as soon as you enter, you are greeted by the fragrance from the diffuser and classic music. the best... 5-7 minutes to TRX all. here, walk everywhere, save on grab fare. only when I was there, the swimming pool was under renovation until early April it was just operational.

Very clean and fragrant room. The location is close to the pavilion, Weng Alor river and surrounding areas, the office is also close to Axon. So we can check in and check out at the office. Only I can't store my stuff in the Axon lobby.

No shampoo and body foam. No hairdryer. No water heater

Several times to Bukit Bintang. The most memorable place in Axon. Strategic location, beautiful view. The facilities are okay. I will stay again if I go there.

Very bad service. Hotel cancel because overbooked after they ask us to wait for 4 hours until the room is ready.

The location is very close too lot10, Fahrenheit dan pavilion. The room is clean, there is a kitchen too. Suitable for family who 's bring baby/kid.

Strategic location. The swimming pool has a nice view, but unfortunately I couldn't get a pool towel because I wasn't staying at Sleeping Lion. Overall, I was satisfied staying at The Axon.
