Lovely room with airy windows, friendly and comfortable staff. They are very supportive when staying here, about 300-400m from the walking street, convenient to travel and clean.

home supports early check-in if there is a vacant room, I was able to check in at 12 o'clock, the room is as pictured, clean, airy windows, quite clean btw the toilet smells a bit like sewer although everything looks very neat room service: clean the room once in 3 days 2 nights I stayed, fixed 2 bottles of mineral water, there is an ironing area and a shared kitchen, strong wifi, many sockets, good air conditioner & water heater, the receptionist named Linh is cute and enthusiastic the only problem I encountered was that the TV kept being accessed by other guests by mistake and then controlled randomly, which made me a bit scared

The room is small but not stuffy, feels friendly and comfortable, clean, airy, looks cute, I love the Hue accent!

My experience at the homestay: - The address needs to be adjusted or clarified with the guest after booking so that the guest does not have to waste time looking for it after arriving at the wrong place. - Although I stayed for 2 days and 2 nights, I only received water on the day of check-in, but not the next day. - The bathroom smelled like vomit coming from the sewer. - This is the first time I stayed at a place where the room had to be checked out before 12pm, and the support person knocked on the door to notify me to check out. However, I asked for an extra 30 minutes because I was backing up my belongings -> but my experience was still not happy when I was treated like that.

The room is very nice and clean. Fully equipped. The location is very convenient in the center. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. When I asked for information about restaurants or sightseeing in the city, they were very happy to help.

The only minus point is that the house is located in a small alley, otherwise everything is ok, the space is airy and clean.

Near the Western street, so at night there will be loud music echoing in the distance, which will be a bit annoying for those who have trouble sleeping, but normally like me, I still sleep like a pig. Home is cozy, close, friendly, beautiful decor

Homestay is located in an extremely quiet alley. The owner and staff at the homestay are friendly, enthusiastic and cheerful. New homestay, fully equipped with basic amenities. Daily room cleaning. Convenient location for traveling in the city center.

I will miss this place very much, the homestay is located right in the center of Hue city, all the places to eat and drink are very close and convenient. The homestay is in an alley but not too deep, easy to find. The ladies at the homestay are very enthusiastic, if there is a room that checks out early and cleans up early, we can check in early, whenever we have any wishes or problems, the ladies always support us quickly and enthusiastically (from us asking for bags, asking for boxes to pack our belongings, to us texting them late at night to ask them to order gifts to bring home...). My room is sun 1, 1st floor, the room is just enough for 2 people, clean, comfortable bathroom, good lighting. I love the swing of the homestay, the surrounding space is quiet and peaceful. The homestay rents motorbikes at a very reasonable price right across the street. The experience here according to previous reviews is not wrong at all. I will definitely come back to Hue to enjoy this sweet, lovely and pleasant atmosphere, and will definitely visit Under the sun again.

That day I rented a car but the tire was flat, they checked it and took the car to be repaired, changed it to another car (and filled up the gas for me) so I woke up with a car ready to go. It's just that the alley doesn't fit cars, so if you come, contact us in advance to know which way to go from which street will be closer.
