The room was clean and tidy, with complete tableware (spoon, fork, plate, bowl), refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser, as well as complimentary snacks. Mosquito repellent was even provided. The jacuzzi was heated 24/7, and there was a clothes drying rack. The closet was located in the bathroom, making it easy to access clothes and makeup. The food was delicious. Overall, the condition of the room, equipment, facilities, and food was satisfying. The downside was the service. When I first arrived at the villa, the gate was closed and there was no staff on site. I chatted and called the admin to say I had arrived at the front gate, but there was no response. Then, the next morning, a chat request to lower the jacuzzi temperature was very slow (a reply took two hours). Hopefully, they'll be able to respond more quickly in the future, especially considering there's no phone in the room.

Enjoyed the staycation here, there was a problem when we arrived at Lamerica, our car tire was flat (maybe it hit a nail on the road), but the staff from Lamerica (forgot to ask the name of the man - he said he was the right hand man of the owner) really helped me a lot.. he looked for a jack, he took off my tire and took it to a tire repair shop, while from Lamerica to a tire repair shop it was very far. But he sincerely helped and didn't want to accept any money as a token of gratitude from me.. this man is very kind... I pray that he will always be healthy and his fortune will always be added by God.. and for the other staff, they are also very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and spacious, only I think the jacuzzi water is not very clean.. so I don't want to soak in the jacuzzi... but overall the room is comfortable, the air is also cool here.. and for breakfast maybe other variants can be added such as sandwiches / toast or porridge.. because the ala carte breakfast options are all heavy foods (rice uduk, yellow rice, soto and lontong curry). Will come back again sometime with the big Mamti family to stay here again 👍🏻

Very comfortable, the tropical atmosphere is really cool, the service is good and the area is anti-traffic jam, next time I will rent here again and I will recommend it to my friends too

This villa is very suitable for a staycation with family, clean rooms, the best service, delicious food and a view that can really relax your brain and mind. Yesterday I only stayed here for 1 night. Next time, God willing, I will come back here again.

Amazing stay, overall satisfied, the location and view are really good, it's just that the outside maybe needs to be fenced to make it safer for children because there is only a rope, which is a bit scary for small children who run around.

The staff is friendly, the service is good and fast, only the location is up and up while the road is small, where yesterday there was a community event so the road had to go around again and go up and then plus the public transportation parked on the corner too. minus the full body glass in the room. but when I saw the villa was nice, my annoyance with the road was paid off 😁

Bagus, indah, bersih. Pelayanan ramah, hanya yang sedikit mengganggu seringnya petugas villa menawarkan fasilitas via WA, yang menurut saya sedikit mengganggu kenyamanan kami.

Pelayan tidak ramah, terkesan Kita yg membutuhkan mereka, bukan mereka yg membutuhkan tamu, pelayanan terlalu Kaku Dan selalu berlindung pd ketentuan management. Tidak Ada empatinya, saya Dan keluarga mau Sholat Dzuhur Aja susah tidak Ada mushola Dan tidak diberi ruangan, disuruh keluar cari Di sekitan kampung situ, padahal saya Ada bayi 2, Dan lansia 3 Dan jalan cukup terjal, wah saya sempet kesel apa karyawan disana g Ada yg Muslim? Saya TD nya mau rekomendasikan ke sanak family lain Jd g Jd. Kalau mau di ceritakan banyak tp saya langsung complain ke app nya Aja, biar Ada masukan untuk villa nya agar lebih ramah LG ke tamu, Dan Ada Rasa empati, krn saya Dan keluarga bukan gerombolan anak muda yg mau party.

The food is not very tasty.

Villa sonten ini sangat bagus dan sangat strategis, memiliki view yang sangat baik dan sangat dekat dengan tempat wisata terbaik di bandung yaitu kawah putih. Air perendaman air hangat nya dari belerang sangat baik untuk kesehatan dan sangat cocok untuk digunakan pada pagi maupun malam hari, kebersihan dan kerapian terjaga, serta makanan nya juga sangat enak.
