The service from all the resort staff is very friendly and full of smiles. It's really great, you have to come here with its beautiful natural atmosphere.

Alhamdulillah, I was very satisfied with my 2 days 1 night stay at Sarga. The Indian glamping was really cool, I stayed at Apache Glamping Indian, the bathroom was clean, spacious, and at one with nature. The room was also very comfortable, the bed was big, there was a TV, AC, complete amenities, and a hair dryer too. There were lots of fun activities for the kids, feeding the fish, swimming, fishing, and there were bikes too, Sarga was really great. The staff were all friendly, as soon as I arrived I immediately got a welcome drink and snacks. I will definitely come back 🥰

cool place, like glamping. as soon as you arrive you will immediately get a towel, drink, boiled corn and sweet potato. Lots of activities. What we tried were billiards, bicycles, fishing, learning terrarium, taking pictures with Japanese clothes, cycling, feeding fish, playground, swimming. For those who like nature but don't like getting dirty, this is suitable, the natural feel is still there. I'm just sensitive to smells, the tent material is a bit disturbing when I enter. maybe because the windows are closed. When I asked for fragrances, they were immediately delivered. At night it rained heavily, the bathroom was semi-outdoor, the test was that the bathroom floor was wet. I asked for 1 more mat, they were delivered quickly. we chose a double bed / king size, and unexpectedly, the bed was jumbo haha .. the double bed was 240cm wide! for the price it was really good. what I like is that there are many rare trees. the fish we caught were also grilled in the restaurant, the taste was good. arrived in the room still warm, and the rice was warm, even though it was raining heavily when it was delivered. the service is good, everyone is fast and friendly. waiting for the campervan area Thank you

the natural atmosphere is really great. there are also many activities, staying 3 days 2 nights still feels lacking. joining harmony walk with Mr. Taufik is also fun and very calming. children also have a free plant tour, going around the resort with other children. a little advice, for breakfast if less than 10 people are staying that day, it will be a la carte, try to inform in the morning, don't suddenly come when you're already at the restaurant. and provide an option for breakfast in the room if it's a la carte like that. so that the few visitors can choose other breakfast options. our room in caladium had found a small mouse, who knows where it came from. when we chased it, we didn't find it, we don't know where it hid. hopefully it can be checked again but all the experiences while there were very enjoyable. at one with nature. the children enjoyed trying all the activities. riverplay, swimming, painting pots, etc.

A different accommodation experience with an Indian glamping atmosphere and various outdoor activities as well as a refreshing natural atmosphere.

It's comfortable to stay here, but you have to pay for the snacks in the room or something, because there's a price list for the snacks on the table, usually the snacks are free.

(+) We appreciate the effort and the value this resort brings: mother nature. I personally love the little stream. We hope the old "pule" tree gets well soon (it was "sick" and under arborist's obervation during our stay in this hotel). (-) There was an event held on 2nd day of our stay in this resort. It was rather disturbing, quite the opposite of serenity we were looking for.

in the glamping type of Geronimo room, the hot water doesn't work properly. the rest is okay, the kids are happy to stay at Sarga 😊

Great place for a staycation with family.

Sarga resort is very serene, clean, and kids friendly resort. Enjoying my short stay with my family. The location is not in the big road, but the road the location is fair enough as long as Google maps not make us goes round and round. The breakfast is quite okay, there's some options to choose.

I rented 2 villas, one was clean, the other one was not so clean, as if it had not been occupied for a long time, the floor was a bit sticky, when it rained the front of the separate room was very muddy, the food was delicious, but lacked variety, the service was not satisfying. When checking out the staff tb" called, asking about the missing glass, even though it had been rechecked completely. Why wasn't it checked more carefully, it seemed accusatory. Add an extra bed, no amenities & water. But for relaxing it was quite comfortable, cool and natural.. the swimming pool & relaxing area were comfortable, the adult pool was quite deep, more than 150cm.

This was my 2nd time stayed in this place. Unfortunately cleanliness of public facilities seems declining. Many areas found animal’s dirts, and there were leftover food dried in children playground. Last time, hot water was amazing, available for small family with 2 kids, but it’s now available for about 2 (the other should wait longer to get the hot water). The room didn’t cleaned daily, and we were shocked that they have no available breakfast at the 2nd day (the staff said it was because so many guests order food at night before). Pretty much dissatisfied this time. Beds were great, wifi good 👍🏻

The staff is friendly, the accommodation environment is also clean and beautiful. There is no horror impression at all, only the breakfast tastes a bit bland, but the rest is okay. If asked will I come back again? the answer is of course
