The hotel is closed even though we have paid.

Dirty room, there were cigarette butts in the bathroom that hadn't been thrown away. Broken shower. There was soap but it was mixed with water. There was a puddle of water like a bucket on the table. Dirty sheets. Sticky floor.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Newly Orchard Bekasi hotel or apartment, still with the same impression, namely the staff is friendly, the hotel is cheap and there is a swimming pool. Yesterday I stayed for 2 days and got a price of around 280,000, it was very worth it. Thank you Traveloka.

very very worthit very much to stay here if you are just for transit like that.. there is also a swimming pool facility for the children to be happy. the room is also big and the cleanliness is also quite ok. towels are provided too. the only minus is that the bed is a bit dirty. the rest is very ok. next time if I go to Bekasi again I will stay here again

This is my second time staying at this hotel with good service, friendly from the receptionist. Then the room is also good. Then for the swimming pool is very private.

The room was dirty, there was no shower, the sheets and pillow cases were damaged and had stains.

Upon check in, the receptionist was not very friendly and the security guard seemed indifferent, but upon check out the receptionist was nice maybe because she was a woman. The room was okay, comfortable, but there was no TV remote and no toothbrush was provided.

Most often staycation here, it has even become a second home. For the receptionist named Mbak Lita, please keep her, don't let her go because Mbak Lita is an incredibly friendly officer, her friendliness is beyond compare.
