Clean room, enthusiastic staff

In my opinion, the room is ok. The staff is cute, the room is clean, the price is reasonable. But there is only one thing I am not satisfied with, which is that the room does not have a comb/hair dryer for guests. In general, if I have the opportunity to go to Saigon, I will come back here to book a room.

Staff is excellent and very helpful; the room is a bit small, but is very clean and the air conditioner works well; the location is in district 3, but there are not a lot of restaurants nearby nor is the Wi-Fi very strong. I would recommend this apt for a short stay, but not an extended one.

Convenient location, the toilet was slow to drain, very uncomfortable. I stayed for 4 nights without cleaning service, old and worn towels. The last night I slept itchy all over, had to pay an additional 150k for changing the bed sheets, in general the room service was very bad. The reception only works at 9am, closes at 12am, it is very inconvenient to knock on the door when coming home late at night.

The room is very clean and fully equipped. I feel very comfortable here. Next time I will prioritize booking here.
