The guard is informative. The room is ok, there is a hot shower and the AC is cold. Clean towels, soap and drinking water are provided.

The facilities are really good, AC, TV, hot/cold water toilet, only the water gradually decreases, the hot water gradually becomes not hot. And the most unfortunate thing is the service is not friendly and not professional as a receptionist/hotel waiter/hotel owner. Actually comfortable, just a bit uncomfortable because of the service.
