Sudah ditutup oleh warga informasi dari Security perumahan. Kenapa masih bisa dibooking?

Waktu saya check in tanggal 2 januari 2024, informasi dari security komplek perumahan Hotel sudah tutup dari 1 bulan yang lalu. Hotel ini berada di komplek perumahan one gate system dan semua tamu yang masuk komplek harus lapor security. Sedangkan di aplikasi hotel ini masih aktif. Kalau begini customer yang di rugikan sedangkan pembayaran sudah masuk. Buat Traveloka. Mohon di bantu proses pengembalian pembayarannya. Terlampir bukti penutupan dari komplek perumahan & RW setempat.

Very noisy the whole night. Couldn't sleep at all.

The room is very comfortable. Worth it for those who are going to Bogor, staying in the Sentul area is suitable.

New and nice facilities, really good service. When the bedsheets were dusty, they said this room had never been filled because it had only been open for a week when they asked for it to be replaced. Mas, everything was quickly replaced, they were given the option of moving rooms too. The facilities obtained can be seen in the photo (+1 towel). It's worth it for around 200 in the Sentul area, it's really close to AEON, I think 10-15 minutes.
