Comfort hotel and excellent hospitality. Good staff, unfortunately no parking for car.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The family room is spacious.

A good stay, comfortable bed & pillow for a one night stay. However for location, though it has a bridge to get to the hotel, but it’s not completely linked to the hotel. We need to go up & down by stairs to reach the hotel. Not much food options and no chain minimart around, except mamak. Staff is very straightforward. You will get a free coffee in the morning at the lobby, but unfortunately the milk was spoiled when I had that.

The atmosphere in the room is very calm, the friendliness of the staff is beyond doubt.

One of the best hotels in JB, will stay here again soon😊

Overall service was okay, but I don’t what type of guest staying at hotel, but the hotel management put all the furniture price list in the room,, its quite uncomfortable.. Such as mattress, sofa bed, chair, etc. How come a guest could take such a big furniture from the hotel..

Stayed here for 3 nights because the room was nice and spacious, with 2 queen beds so it was enough for the four of us, there is a delicious Kandar restaurant nearby, and it is also close to the viral escalator at RNF.

The location is a bit tucked away. The room is quite spacious but very empty. There's no wardrobe, just four hangers on the wall. Suitcases and other items have to be placed on the floor. Very uncomfortable. The toilet facilities are also outdated. There's no partition between the shower and the toilet. There's only a cloth barrier. Water keeps leaking out, making it wet and risky to fall. The shower is also an old model, attached to the wall. You can't take it downstairs to bathe the little ones. When I wanted to check out, I asked the porter to help me carry my suitcases and belongings. The receptionist said all the employees were out eating... a very illogical excuse. A 4.5-star hotel... very lacking in service and facilities... This star-rated hotel needs to be re-audited... it shouldn't be considered a 4-star hotel or higher. 3-star hotels have much better facilities and service... The room price is 1.5 million rupiah. It's just that much... disappointing.

Recommended, I like the hotel.

Dirty bed sheet, got blood stain. The staff very promptly changed but we still having rashes after sleeping in the bed. The room is very noisy, light sleeper cannot sleep at all even though they provided ear plugs.

My two-night stay here was very comfortable, only disturbed by the noise of the ongoing construction project in front of me. The staff were less than helpful and somewhat indifferent when I brought two small children and two suitcases, which was very inconvenient. Traveling here can only be done by Grab or bus because it is very close to JB Sentral Station. It is close to the R&F Mall, JB Sentral Station, and the culinary delights of Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, which is very famous in Johor.

location is good, walking distance to R&F mall which have a lof of restaurant there, but this hotel didnt provide parking which is really inconvenient part, and parking at their neighbours parking lot charge Rm25 per day. otherwise its not easy to find parking surrounding the hotel.

The room wasn’t very spacious but it was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near R&F Mall, though it’s quite a distance from City Square and the JB Customs. The link bridge and surrounding area can be rather dim at night, so I wouldn’t recommend walking back to the hotel from City Square after dark. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided a free shuttle service to JB Sentral (3 scheduled times). However, the shower water heater didn’t work well, the water turned cold after a while.

The hotel was clean and fragrant upon entering. It's close to R&F Mall, accessible by Grab or via the Link Bridge. The room I booked was very spacious 👌

It was a pleasure to stay here, it was clean, comfortable, spacious, had strong water, good wifi, could do Netflix, found food nearby, not noisy, minus there is no restaurant for breakfast, only a coffee machine and a machine to buy bread.

It was a nice stay here. It's quiet, the rooms are spacious, it's close to restaurants, the water is strong, it's clean. The downside is that it doesn't provide breakfast.
