Almost perfect! Greeted by friendly frontdesk staff (Rose). All were explained in detailed. Lobby is so clean and neat. Got welcomed drink for us. Room is clean and spacious. We checkout early morning to go to Singapore for a day trip, and they allowed us to left our bags at their available luggage room! The only comment would be the water pressure of shower. Can be improved more. Overall was a great stay! I will be back 😊

It is very impressive if you go to Johor Bahru, you have to stay here because it is close to everywhere.

It was a good stay, the location is just right opposite R&F, but still walkable to CIQ/JBCC. Earplugs were provided, most likely due to the construction nearby.

The hotel staff is friendly and provides detailed explanations of what can and cannot be done.

No parking, swimming pool out of order, bathroom shower and heater not good. Hotel location very bad.

Room is ok. However not suitable for those travel by car as there is no car park at all. You have to leave your car by the roadside at your own risk.

The hotel n staff are good. Hotel lobby so fragrance n clean. Room is pretty spacious, the bathroom also clean n complete with sanitary.

The staff is friendly, clean, but because there is construction in front of the hotel it is a bit noisy, and the rooms are not soundproof, you can hear sounds from the room next door.

Although the room space is small, but it’s sufficient for solo travellers / just 1 person stay and also the staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the Front Office Manager. Thanks for the late checkout as requested but could be later. High floor was not that high but it’s ok it was quiet and I had a peaceful sleep. 😅 I’ll definitely stay here again! 😍😍

When I went there was a construction project across the hotel. But it wasn't too disturbing. The room was clean, the AC wasn't cool enough. The staff was friendly.

Staff were friendly, the hotel is located uphill, quite ulu. RNF mall is across the road accessible via overhead bridge.

The room is quite large and comfortable for our family of 5, but access is not good, far from the crowd, it is difficult to find food, you have to go close to Grab Food, access to JB Central Station takes 5 minutes by Grab

Friendly staff and comfortable environment. However, the self-drive there is no guest parking lot available, you’ll need to park at the open car park which most of the time are full. Overall was a good!

Friendly staff and nice hotel, not far to walk to JB Sentral, can leave my bag when I go to SG, I will stay here again if I visit Johor

Locality is way out of place, maybe booked the wrong location. Anyway, staff are very friendly, my regards to them. Booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night.

Good service and clean. But there is construction beside the building, so can't sleep well cause of construction sounds comes whole day.
