beautiful home, clean room, next time I will book again, my experience here is very good

The second time I visited The Song, the first time was really bad, the room smelled bad and the staff didn't help much, but this time was different, although the elevator was stuck and the Song was a bit unstable, but the rental company was very enthusiastic in supporting, the room was clean, fully furnished, everything was well prepared, overall it was great 🥰

Every time my family goes to Vung Tau, we book a home here. It feels safe like home, the room is beautiful and the staff are enthusiastic in supporting.

Reasonable price for a 2-room apartment, just enough space to live in. Suitable for combining several families. If you currently live in an apartment, rent an air change near the sea. I forgot my item, please kindly send it back to the post office. I suggest there should be instructions specifically for people who have never lived in an apartment, for example general regulations, how to take out trash, safety, and swimming pool usage so that guests can pay more attention. And there is a checklist for cleaning.

The staff is ok, the house is nice but extremely smelly, smells like sewers, this is due to the sewer cleaning work, not the room cleaning. My family stayed for 1 day and 1 night, as soon as I opened the door to check in, the stench came up, the tour guide who took me to the house called out first. I turned on all the exhaust fans and room fresheners but it only helped a little. The smell was most obvious when I walked in from the outside. Not to mention, when my family arrived at the hotel, the electricity went out for a while, although it came back about 30 minutes later, but I had just come back from the rain so I couldn't wait for the electricity to come back and had to take a shower, showering in the dark. + the sewer smell was terrible...

Unannounced surcharge, power outage in the middle of the night, website says free drinking water but no bottle of water

Phòng 10đ không có nhưng. Mọi thứ mình trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời. Phòng thoải mái cho nhóm 4-5 người. Bếp có đủ dụng cụ và gia vị cần thiết. Phòng trang bị 2 máy lạnh phòng khách và phòng ngủ lớn, có chổ thông gió lạnh từ phòng lớn qua, phòng nhỏ có máy quạt. Lúc đầu mình sợ nóng nhưng thật sự rất ok không thấy nóng gì nhaz. View vướng tòa nhà đang xây nhưng có view biển. Mình đi ô tô có bãi xe dưới tầng hầm gửi 80k/ngày (24h) không giới hạn số lượt ra vô.

Phòng đẹp,sạch sẽ,thơm tho,nhân viên bên cho thuê phòng tư vấn,hỗ trợ nhiệt tình,mỗi tội cơ sở vật chất của toà nhà,hồ bơi,thang máy...... không đáp ứng nổi lượng khách,thường xuyên quá tải!

Chăn, ga, gối, nệm nghe mùi ẩm mốc rất là khó chịu. Quá cứng nhắc trong việc hỗ trợ khách hàng. Thái độ phục vụ khách hàng rất khó chịu, cần xem lại! Mọi người nên xem lại khi book phòng ở đây! Với giá phòng như v mà service như vậy là không ra cái gì!

There are 2 minus points that make me a little disappointed: the spray nozzle is too strong and I can't use it. At home, I should prepare some necessary spices for guests. We went with 2 people to cook some seafood and needed a little more sugar. seasoning but have to buy a big bag. Overall, it's very ok, thank you for giving me a good vacation. Worth experiencing, I will visit again next time. ❤️
