I stayed overnight, and there were small insects on the mattress, making me itchy, red, and have a rash that continues to this day. I've complained, but they only apologized and didn't take any responsibility for my itching. I've complained via WhatsApp, but they also didn't respond.

I checked in at 4 a.m., and there was a 24-hour front desk. The room was spacious and clean, with a few mosquitoes, but that was fine. The air conditioning was quite cool.

Luckily, I got a room with a wardrobe door that was stuck and wouldn't open. There were a lot of mosquitoes too 🥹 But all in all, it was great, thank you.
