The hotel was pleasant, with its staff and outdoor facilities, but the room I stayed in was very outdated. Many of the rooms were damaged. It needs renovation. As far as I know, rooms are often full when booking, so it's time for some renovations.

Glamping with a pine forest atmosphere, cool air, you can have a barbecue with your family, making your holiday even more memorable.

I had a bad experience here, I rented the most expensive room on Alexa, which was originally in Jasper for around 3 million, but there was no wifi, the mattress and pillows smelled bad, my goodness, it was really not worth it....it was really upsetting,,,but what can I do, it's too late...it's really not recommended.

The choice of location and room type is very satisfying, just a bit sad because it's the rainy season so I can't explore much in the Lembang area. I also couldn't go around the hotel because it was raining and super cold. Alhamdulillah tomorrow morning it didn't rain so I could take a video and a few photos of the sunrise. Will come again, with extra people and extra longer. It feels like only 1 night is not enough. If I may suggest, maybe each room can be given a heater because it's so cold that the walls are wet and very damp.

The room was nice but when we checked in the trash from the previous guests hadn't been thrown away, the TV was a smart TV but there was no wifi so if we wanted to watch something we had to use our own wifi :) then breakfast, on the ticket it said 7 am but we arrived at 7 am and there was no food preparation at all and we had to wait 1 hour so we could only eat at 8 and even then it wasn't complete, there was no cut fruit, we only had coffee, tea and mineral water to drink

We had a great experience because of the bon fire and the ATV ride. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. What I think needs improvements are (1) cleanliness especially in the toilet. It's quite stinky and the mirror is broken. (2) the loft area, which screeches and was only made of wood, i doubt someone heavy could sleep comfortably there, it's only for kids but the ladder is difficult to climb so can be dangerous to young kids. (3) the location is very close to tangkuban perahu, astro highlands and many others BUT it is still not in the map yet. We found it hard to findand also to book a grab/gojek car, food or mart. (4) the restaurant didn't look neat as well, some staff were smoking while preparing food and monkeys could sometimes join you. We wanted to be in the forest side of the resto but it was next to an open toilet so instead of the fresh breeze... (5) wifi can only be accessed from the restaurant and main lobby... not in rooms... 😓 I hope they can take actions and make this place even better.

Not as expected, location is not good at all.

At a price of 2.5 million, it's not worth it.

The atmosphere is like in the photo and very beautiful, only some facilities such as wifi do not reach the room (you can ask for a modem), some spots in the room are a bit damp. However, it is worth visiting especially if you want to visit Tangkuban Perahu because the location is very close. The atmosphere is very calm and beautiful.

Absolutely natural atmosphere, fresh air, comforting for the eyes with pine trees & greenery of nature. The temperature under 20 degrees at night, without aircond. Food prices are still affordable. The staff are very friendly & helpful.

a great place for healing from the hustle and bustle of daily routines. strategic location near TWA Tangkuban Perahu. various room options from tents to luxury glamping for 6 people. the atmosphere is cool with views of the pine forest. there is a park and ATV rental. there are facilities if we want to make a campfire, maybe we have to coordinate with the hotel. if the conditions are crowded, we can make BBQ or grill corn at night, it must be exciting. the restaurant is also clean, the taste is okay, it would be better if there were variations and additions to the side food menu (not just rice). worth staying here.

Its a good place for staycation away from the city, air ia so clean. The hotel environment is good

Arrive at 8 pm, the security guard will take you to the tent, you can choose a tent, there is a table, there is a folding stove but the gas is running low, if you want to contact the receptionist it is far away, you can have a bathroom, there is hot water, it is very cold if you sleep on a tent, a thin blanket, it is very beautiful in the morning

Recommended Place to Stay in Ciater Area. The view is full of nature and is very suitable for healing.

I got the amethyst room number 8, the room was damp, smelled damp, the bathroom was not so clean, the bathroom drain was a bit clogged so it was not comfortable to rest and sleep. BBQ, and the view was okay. The staff service was friendly and helpful. In the future, please ensure the cleanliness of the room. In the lower room, the porch area also had damp, moldy walls.
