Everyday nobody clean my room

Room smells musty, dusty, older than pictured, no wifi.

Horrible experience. The location is good, great connections to local food and shopping mall. The night & morning staff is polite, nice and helpful. BUT, the room is dirty, smelly with the horrible ammonia smell. The floor is sticky, air conditioning is not working well. Bed sheet and towel are stained and yellow. I sometimes heard weird noise during the night also. I changed the room twice and have to move to the smaller room than what I book without any refunds or sorry from the hotel.

khách sạn nằm trong khu dân cư yên tĩnh, chỗ đậu xe ô tô thoải mái, nhưng trong khu không có quán xá gì hết nên hơi bất tiện trong việc ăn uống. Phòng 4ng rất rộng rãi, sạch, nói chung là ok!

khách sạn có vị trí yên tĩnh tốt, nhưng nội thất hơi cũ, nằm giường mà trở mình là nghe tiếng giường kêu rất lớn không ngủ được

Chủ khách sạn dễ thương quá trời. Dắt xe hộ nữa. Phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ. Giá rẻ quá trời đất
