Space/Facilities: The hotel has a beautiful, luxurious, clean, and spacious space. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and suitable for relaxation and taking photos. Food: Breakfast offers many choices, making it quite easy to enjoy. Staff Support: The staff are friendly, polite, and provide quick assistance when needed. This is one of the points I highly appreciate. Highlights: The space is beautiful, quiet, and gives a very relaxing feeling. Especially at night, the hotel's lights are on, creating a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. Price: The price is quite reasonable compared to the quality of the rooms, services, and experience received. If you're going to Da Lat for a relaxing vacation, I think it's quite worth the money. Location: Conveniently located for easy access to attractions, entertainment, and dining options in the Da Lat area. Not too far from the city center, making transportation quite convenient. In short: A memorable experience, and I'm quite satisfied with my stay at MerPerle Da Lat. If I have the chance to return to Da Lat, I would still consider choosing this place. ❤️

The accommodation is a bit far from the city center (Da Lat market) but close to many popular tourist attractions, cafes, and local restaurants. Guest support is prompt. Please note that some rooms have chipped or scratched wooden floors.

Based on my personal experience, the hotel is located far from the city center; it takes 15-20 minutes to walk there. There aren't many amenities nearby, and there are few restaurants, so there aren't many choices. The breakfast was limited and monotonous, not befitting a 5-star hotel. I stayed two nights and had two breakfasts that were 95% the same. I've been to Da Lat many times and stayed in dozens of hotels, big and small, but what I experienced at Mer is, in my opinion, not worthy of a 5-star rating and not worth the price compared to other hotels closer to the center and with lower stars. Compared to other 5-star hotels I've stayed at, Mer is not up to par, and I definitely won't be returning.

The staff are friendly, there's a children's play area, and an indoor heated swimming pool suitable for families with young children. The rooms are basic, with sufficient amenities, but the soundproofing is poor. You can hear conversations from the rooms upstairs or next door. At night, you can hear the sound of running water from somewhere, and near dawn, there's a very loud noise from some kind of machine running.

Convenient location. All services are great. I chose a room with a front view, which wasn't as beautiful as the mountain and forest view, but I could still see the jacaranda trees. The food is varied and there's a heated swimming pool.
