Good stay. Room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good too. However, the air-conditioning in the room is not as cold as I wanted it to be.

It’s within the tech complex. There is a nearby shopping mall where there are a lot of eating places and a subway station. All are within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. The hotel staff were really nice by allowing me to check in early.

They kindly upgraded me to a more spacious room that was immediately available, which I greatly appreciated. The staff throughout my stay were courteous and helpful, contributing to a smooth and comfortable experience. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was decent, offering a good range of both local and international options—suitable for most palates. While not overly extensive, the spread was fresh and replenished regularly. The hotel also features a small gym, which, while basic, is functional. It includes three treadmill machines and a compact weightlifting area. One thing to note is that the gym shares its space with the self-service laundry area, which might be a bit unconventional but practical for longer-stay guests. Overall, UrCove by Hyatt Shenzhen Bay EcoTech Park offers a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with thoughtful service. It’s a solid choice for travelers looking for quality accommodations near the metro with the trusted standards of a Hyatt-affiliated property.
