Both nights we were there car alarms were sounding for many hours in the Walgreens parking lot facing our room. Also Condado seems to attract vehicles altered to be super loud or blasting music. Loved the restaurants and the beach. Parking lot and friendly staff were great.

Cleanliness was an opportunity and also hot water came and went . Front desk staff was ok , could have been more friendly. Location is incredible … great dining at hotel!

In my opinion it's a pricy. Locks detail. After a long day. My room was not ready until one hour later after check in time. Full size towels were missing. My phone never had a dial tone. And my safe didn't work for the beginning issue was solved to then alter request help again.

Not anywhere near the value you pay for.

All the staff were friendly and helpful but we had no hot water. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach and restaurants, but overall it didn’t seem to meet the quality standards of other Hilton properties.

One block from the beach. The pictures were deceiving. It looks like the beach is outside the hotel. They don’t tell you the beach chairs are about 5 hotels down from the beach entrance. The pool is small the hot tub needs maintenance. Room clean bed was comfortable I had a ok view no beach front. The breakfast was a bit expensive you can go out eat for less.

I liked the fact that the property is centralized in the tourist area. The property at the Condado Palm Inn on the other hand, is not what it was cracked up to be for the amount of money that I paid for 3 nights. I was truly disappointed.

Our room was in bad condition, informed the management of the poor state of the suite and was offered basically nothing considering the price of the stay. Would recommend anyone to stay anywhere else.

The location was perfect and walkable to all the restaurants, beaches, and entertainment! There was a lot of construction work going on and the walls are super thin so we could hear other people talking and cars beeping early in the morning and late at night. Balcony was small , you could not step outside on it. Overall, the hotel was very helpful with recommendations and we enjoyed our experience in Puerto Rico!
