Is nothing like the pictures is very outdated, staff are friendly. Place is clean.

Horrible experience, bitten by bugs in room , no running hot water, smell of rat in the room , no windows,

The price expensive

Everything was ok for the price, although, humidity and funny smell out of the rooms was uncomfortable.

El personal debe ser más atento con el cliente y deben darle mejor mantenimiento a la alberca y las alfombras de las escaleras están sucias y apestosas, cambiar las toallas por que se pueden ver agraves de ellas la verdad que hay que mejorar mucho.

Recomiendo este hotel ya que es bueno bonito y barato, es excelente tiene desayuno incluido y las piscinas excelentes, mi única crítica son las habitaciones de la parte superior ya que las paredes de las habitaciones no son en cemento escuchas todo, lo que pase en la habitación del lado lo escuchas lo que pasa en el pasillo lo escuchas y si te toca en las escaleras principales olvidate que lo menos que vas es a descansar si es que eso buscas, por lo demas es muy bueno.

Terrible experience, I Felt insecure, the door had a hold next to the door know. No microwave was available No hot water to take a bath Smell like mildew or old sitting water No elevator, Breakfast was different than any place I been before. Walls are paper-thin. A very difficult place to sleep. You can hear the entire conversation of people in the hallway and in the rooms next door. Even a couple having sex could be heard completely and in detail, which was very unpleasant. And the room itself, not very clean and the toilet looked like a rocking chair. First & last time for me. Please give a little bit of Love to this property. The place was about am overall 2star hotel, The only positive thing is, front desk people very friendly.

I like it because it’s private

The stay was okay, the room did not have any windows and the hotel didn’t have an elevator. Other than that it was fine, very clean.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento, el hotel es acogedor, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno y en general tuve una buena estadía. Lo único que puedo decir para mejorar es que la piscina tenía demasiado “cloro” y no tuve agua caliente en mi baño. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was concerning. The stairway leading to my room was dirty and poorly maintained, the room itself was run down, with visibly old and worn furniture, rusty chairs, and a broken bathroom door. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available that night, making it impossible to take a proper shower. After reporting it to the front desk, and although the agent (who was very attentive and courteous) attempted to assist by “turning on the heater”, the water never reached a reasonable temperature – remaining only lukewarm at best, even after I had already run it for over 20 minutes. The experience was shared during my stay and after my stay and no response at all. They definitely do not care at all.

The Inn was nice and the staff was friendly, I was able to check in later than 3pm without any issues or late check in fee. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The only two issues I had were being able to hear the other guests and that my room had no window but I would stay again!

The knock on my door telling to stop talk because the others can't not sleep , i pay my money to stay there, i don't recoment this hotel. The room smell a humidity,sheet was stained with clorox . Need to fix up badly

Very good and relaxing

Ya me he quedado 2 veces y me gusta mucho.

No hot water, the ac wasn’t working properly. A lot of noise, bad WiFi. The tv network didn’t work (not a lot of options). Needs remodeling parts of the ceiling was falling.

Room was clean . Reception clerk at check in very friendly and helpful. However , room walls are like paper. You can hear everything happening on the room adjacent. We could not sleep until 3 am that the lady next door -room 207 - stop talking loud and her kid stop screaming !! I went out my room at 12:30 am to get the security guard but could not find anyone !! Terrible sleep ! Breakfast very simple but ok.

The only thing I didn’t like was the cold water in the showers and bad wifi.
