The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be nice to have a basic supply of salt and pepper on hand

Dissapointed with poor wifi connection. Had to sit out in hall to get reception on second stay, as were on 22 nd floor.First stay ok. Something wrong with lights in living room as they would only keep flashing, would not stay on. Felt like toilet not fastened to floor as moved around.

Excellent service & great stay

Positives Secure and clean building.. about 25 minutes away (by car) from the city center .. restaurants and shops nearby; elevator in building; Negatives. The drains in both bathrooms were broken so not able to take a bath.. the reception area had limited hours so for an early checkout it was a bit stressful as communication was delayed in checkout process. Overall we had a great stay at this property

Hallways had a musty smell. Purchased room early online and wish I would of waited until the day of stay. Price was about half of what we paid. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and informative.

I great place to stay, especially if you need to be near the convention centre.

Great apartment.

Unpleasant experience from check-in to check-out. We had a lengthy check-in process which involved a surprise damage deposit. We were escorted to our suite where we found the kitchen filled with smoke and strong fumes from another unit. After a lengthy delay, we were given another suite but basic things like bathroom lights, hangers, smoke alarm and fume hood were not functional in our suite. Hotels.com did not resolve our request to leave after one night of our 2-night stay. We received limited communication except to tell us there is no resolution because the owner refused to offer anything to offset our negative experience.

Nice apartment with plenty of space, lovely views across the city to the river - convenient for trips to the acquarium, and the lds temple - very friendly and helpful staff in reception - especially Madalena

We had trouble finding the check in desk. From the outside it looked like a cafe. Very friendly, helpful staff. Took us up to our apartment and showed us the layout. Nice, clean, quiet building.

Could have used more dishes, dishwasher cubes

The room was very spacious and clean.

The property itself is beautiful. Very clean spacious and well equipped.. The location for local dining and subway/train connections is great. My only concern was with the lumpy very hard mattress and very much in need of replacement pillows. As the rest of the property and unit was so upscale, we were surprised by this over site. Staff amazing and overall a pleasant stay

Found this place last minute to to a cancelled flight and wanted to stay near the airport. What a find, wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful, cozy, clean, nice views. Joel from the reception was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend Panoramic Living. Would stay again.

The best thing about this place was the view. It was noisy at night: music, voices, banging doors elevator noise, trains and noise from the stove exhaust. The bed was not very comfortable. It is about 10 minutes from a shopping mall, which was nice. Overall though we would not recommend this place.

Staff was nice, room was somewhat clean (there was a stain in the sheets, the shower handle was broken so it kept moving), kitchen had everything. Overall I would come back
