Great place, spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Beautiful view lovely kitchen

The property is close to the airport and many restaurants. The finishes inside the apartment are high end and very nice. Our unit was a two bedroom and two bathroom. There is someone at front desk to help which was useful for us as we were traveling. A great overnight stay, I would do it again and recommend to others.

As we arrived the lady who greeted us wasn’t the most pleasant or welcoming.

Very convenient and well appointed rooms

Our stay was excellent the apartment was well appointed for cooking our meals and clean up too. Our views were great as we were on the top floor. Anna was our check-in person and she was fantastic. She was very helpful and outgoing and made our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to cook some of their own meals. The loaction was good for us too.

The room was good. Very sleek and modern. To call Panoramic Living a hotel is a little confusing. They apparently own units in this highrise and are offering them as hotel rooms while looking to sell them. It works fine, but I was confused to show up looking for a hotel. The "front desk" is a nice young person sitting at a table in the lobby with a laptop. I walked around a bit before finding them.

Great location with views of the city. Easy access to transportation and walkable neighborhood. Very helpful staff.

I was impressed when the property contacted me about my having forgotten my insulin in the fridge. It was much appreciated.

O studio era completo e muito funcional. Ambiente muito limpo e organizado e contava com todos os utensílios de cozinha para curtas estadias.

Overall, the property was pretty well kept. I loved the room with the kitchenette. However, the bed’s head rest was a little outdated and was falling apart, but overall it was comfortable for myself and my daughter and my husband. I like that we could use Uber eats too, get our food and that there was an option to also ask the hotel to buy groceries for us because we ended up being sick. There was a store and a pharmacy right across the street so I was able to do things by myself. The lightbulbs were a little outdated and also flickering, which was a little annoying, but overall we were able to accommodate and get through that. The receptionist people were quite kind and also commenting and anytime we needed anything they were able to help us out.

Checking in was a nightmare, while we have paid for the room through Hotel.com direct booking they have refused and forced us to pay for the booking and seek refund from the supplier. Very rude front desk staff except for a Silvia which later we found out had just worked there for one week. The rest of staff were impolite, careless. It took us over an hour to check in at 6:00 PM while we needed to rest and catch a return flight the next morning at 6:00 AM. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean with malfunctioning shower and drain system that we had no energy or time to worry about. There are a lot more option to chose from so I will certainly skip this property in future.

It is a good property for the longer stay, but for couple of days you are better off in the hotel in downtown. This one is 45 min drive from most of historic places.

We struggled to check in. We emailed to advise the property about our arrival time and were able to drop off our luggage, but when check in time arrived no one was at the office and we had to get someone to help us find staff, which took more time than it should have. We stayed one night and there was an additional security deposit and requirement that we copy our passport. Overall, the property was nice and very well located but not maintained as well as it could have been. Given the additional security deposit, we took some time to document that chips and wear and tear. The poor communication and difficulty checking in were a problem, especially as we only stayed one night and it took up a bit of time during a short visit to the area. We also had to have a staff member visit the apartment to check us out, which made an early morning departure more rushed. Overall, I would not stay here for one night, but the locTion was great for a longer stay and the time required to deal with check in/out etc might be worth it for a longer stay.

Room is very clean . Reception staffs are friendly and professional . I would recommend it!

I had to book for Web Summit at the last minute, so exploring options other than hotels on Expedia brought me to Panoramic Living. I’m glad it did. I felt like I had a home to go to with kind staff who were way more attentive than a hotel could ever give. Room was impeccable, location fantastic for Web Summit. The 7 minute walk to Moscavide meant I could be down to central Lisbon in minutes.
