Finding difficult, small room , open toilet shower ,washbasin in main room not great

Centrally located by the Coimbra university. Staff very helpful. Lovely breakfast

I had it down as noisy all night, but then I remembered this is a college neighborhood and it was Saturday night. The staff here is great and always glad to help. It seemed like an out of the way place for a 4 star.

A very quaint and well kept hotel. Room was excellent and staff were very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Only issue was internet/wifi signal was poor.

Very nice property but needs some renovation and adding the doors for bathrooms and fixing hot water.

Nice hotel. as I remember there was only one power outlet in the room which is not that convenient.

Staff was not very knowledgeable about the area, dining options and spoke very little English.

The room had a small port-hole like window that did not open. Room was very stuffy and smelled like cleaning supplies. Air conditioning system what to be either on or off. On it was cold and noisy, off was too hot. I would not stay here again or recommend this property.

This is an older property, renovated and in excellent condition. My room had a dormer window that looked out over the hills and the rooftops of the city. The furnishings, lamps, rugs and artwork were beautiful. The bathroom was updated with exceptionally good design and function. This was Portuguese elegance at it most charming.

Convenient, clean. They say parking but there are about 4 spots… had to park on street and not easy finding a spot .

Front desk staff esp Ladie helped us navigate Portuguese SIM card option’s beyond the call of duty. She was adorable Breakfast needed better coffee and real orange juice but it was ok

The hotel was renovated, and there was a very pretty tile. It was in very good shape. Although the room is a little small, it was fine for my husband and myself we would stay there again if we ever are in Coimbra.

We booked a 3 person room and was given a 2 max room. They have no 3 person rooms. They offered us a second room but i did not like splitting up the family. Hotels.com should know if a hotel can accommodate 3 people in a room before confirming the reservation.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Staff was very kind and helpful, I think her name was Elizabeth. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were well kept.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Location was great. We walked everywhere. Botanical Gardens we awesome.
