Great location

We showed up 2 hours before check-in time to make sure we find the right property because it was not obvious, the young guy at the front desk didn’t even let us ask questions he said check in at 2:30. I told them we want just to make sure it’s the right property he checked our booking and said come back in 2:30. When we were back at 14:25 he didn’t say a word just waited that’s exactly 2:30 then grabbed the keys!

Excellent place to stay on a budget in Lisbon. Very clean and very friendly staff. Everything was as expected.

The furniture and overall hotel were old and shoddy.

Nice place to stay

The hotel wasn't what I was expecting. The pictures are no a reality of what it actually looks. The kitchen and bathroom look dirty and found some dust. It is not worth what we pay for our stay there. The staff at the front desk were amazing tho. Really helpful and nice.

Excellent location and public transportation options. Walkable to main streets. Clean and big enough rooms, ours was with private bathroom. AC was working perfectly. Balcony was nice addition. Full kitchen to use. Elevator was working. Friendly staff and smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended.

It was more like a hostel than a hotel. Shared kitchen. Shared ladies bathroom had 2 showers 1 toilet per floor. It was clean bedding wss nice and lots of towels and quiet inside. Its located on a busy road so theres a lot of street noise plus our last night the Portuguese futbal championship took place so there were parties and yelling in the streets till very late Id recommemd s few upgrades. Get rid of the old wardrobes get better mattress. I also appreciated that there were able to accept our reservation within an hour of our arrival. That was very much appreciates Obligada.

Its shared washroom. Super difficult to find parking. It’s clean and convenient though.

It was a great location close to the Rato metro station. Easy to get check in and staff were lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay as it was a first for us to stay in a hostel type facility. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were well maintained and easy to use.

Very uncomfortable beds. Grumpy desk clerk evenings of April 13, 14 and at checkout. The April 15 guy was a pleasure to deal with. Why not put a key for the rooftop lounge on each floor?

This is a really creepy property. The furniture looks like it comes from garage sales. The shared bathroom has absolutely no privacy because the stall doors are opaque glass. You can’t lock the bathroom door, so anyone could walk in on you in the middle of your shower. The cleaning products they use snell like vomit. You can see through the keyhole of the door from the hallway into your room. Having a shared balcony means the person in the room next to your could get into your room if you left the window open.

The facilities is very basic. Furniture are old but clean. No air-conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, which is workable at night time. Still very hot in day time.

Excellent location. Close to metro station, car rental and grocery shopping.

The property is close to the center and walking distance to nice places around Lisbon.The only thing disappointing is that there is only one toilet and cleaners in the morning is very noisy, banging all doors and plates sounded like flying in the kitchen.

It’s a nice place to go for a weekend. The room was and cute. The lack of air conditoned or fans to cool down the room, the bath towels too small and the pillows were the only things to improve.

No locks in the showers. Bed sheets all dirty huge stain
