Staff was wonderful, hotel was in a great location and clean.

If going to Galway you must stay in The Latin Quarter. This hotel is right in the heart of the activity.

Place is in a great location but the room is VERY small with no window directly to the outside. It’s also above a very busy and loud bar. We were told music stopped at 1:30 on weekend but it went past 2am.

Everything about the room was great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean. The only negative was parking offsite and hauling luggage to the hotel but that was stipulated upfront and the hotel did validate the parking fees.

Room was small and you definitely could hear the music until 2 AM, in the first floor rooms. They provided ear plugs which weren’t quite enough, our friends on the second floor did not hear the music however. The location was great and I would stay here again but bring better ear plugs… lol.

The location is excellent, right next to the city center and an easy walk to an area for taxi pick up. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Room was clean and we loved the decor. Highly recommend

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable. Unfortunately we were there on a bank holiday weekend and it was very loud until very late. The next night was very quiet as the bank holiday was over. It was in a good location. The parking facility was right be it and they offer a discount on overnight parking. Having the bar with food downstairs was handy.

Great location if you are looking to explore the local attractions of Galway City. We only stayed one night and it worked out great; however the space works best for 1 or 2 people if you are looking for a longer stay. We traveled with our 4 year old and this property wouldn’t have been the best for a longer stay in our opinion. The double windows were great for giving us the option of taken in the local sounds and music but shutting it all out when we were ready for bed. Truly appreciated that feature.

Location was great. Right on the Quay but don't expect to get much rest as it's right above a bar. So when everything winds down around 1 am and you finally can get some rest then all of the deliveries start around 4 am. When I pulled the blankets back there were hairs all over the sheets. Went down to ask them for clean sheets they showed up and went through 3 sets of sheets before they could find a clean pair. We would have bailed but it was the only place available at that point. Bed are twin beds just pushed together and very uncomfortable.
